Great Product, better thank other product that cost more. I return several other brands, this one is a keeper. I was skeptical at first because of price, but I had to admit it works great. The compression is a great added value!!

Great for cold or hot compress. Fits nice

In conjunction with arch supports and stretching exercises these are really helping my plantar fasciitis. At the end of a day of being on my feet these really sooth my feet. I found the best thing to do is wear socks instead of trying to keep a small towel wrapped around my feet. I feel the cold but it's not too cold. I set a timer for 20 minutes and usually fall asleep and wake up later. I just kick the off and go back to sleep.

I had plantar fasciitis about 5 years ago and for the most part it went away with some exercises and stretches. I’ve been having some flare ups in my heel recently along with the outer edge of my foot. I decided to get this and I do enjoy it a lot. It’s definitely relieving and the added ice pack feels so good. It can be a little too cold though right out of the freezer. Another thing I wish was better is the amount of compression on the heel directly. I feel it really good in my ankle but I get the most pain relief when the heel is compressed. Unfortunately, this compression cuff isn’t too great at the base of the heel. I also wish the cuff extended more towards the toes to get some more muscles within the foot. Like I said, I’m also having some trouble on the outer edge of my foot and this cuff doesn’t hit that area at all. It would be so nice if it did though! Otherwise, this has been fantastic and I use it every time I feel a flare up happening!!

This ice pack was a lifesaver during my ankle ligament injury at work. I’m a PE teacher and was working with limitations for the workers comp. case. After the employers saw how I was able to wear this and perform RICE so easily while still having the freedom to slip on a sandal and walk towards a student if needed they permitted me to continue working (which is what I ultimately wanted)The fit is great, the ice pack inside is easily detachable for freezing and reapplies with Velcro.The pump provides excellent compression to your liking and can detach as well for flexibility to walk with out tripping.Ice temp. Last ms a long time (I did 30mins on 30mins off 3 times outside in warm/sun weather before needing to put back in the freezer)For sure recommend

The write up says one-size-fits-all that’s not the case my younger teenage daughter had sprained ankle. It only comes up the bottom of the foot and the sides of the ankle bone. sprains tend to swell on top and it does not cover up and over the ankle bone to the top to wrap cold completely like it should disappointing

This is only useful for icing the heel or Achilles, (and I have tiny feet), it’s not useful at all for any man. Plus, the airpocket eventually stopped draining and it’s now stuck full of air. The actual ice pack gets super super cold but loses its chilled state fast

This feels super good on my ankle that I broke a few years ago. Still years later after surgery, my ankle still gives me problems. I have tried different things and this feels really good. Great value for price. My ankle is large anyway and when swollen this device still fits perfectly.
