I love the lock is perfect it’s works great but I just had to make sure you have your gateway install ! Love all the features and how you.can assign different codes !

I purchased two of these locks and installed them myself. Unfortunately after 9 months, one of the locks stopped working. I contacted the seller and after a brief exchange, they sent me a brand new lock as a replacement free of charge. Great customer service!

I didn't like the key that came with it. Looks too much like a car key and You can be they're not going to be able to make one at the local hardware store. Plus I wanted all the keys to match, so that all the keys to my doors to include the ones that don't have an electronic lock match. So I put Schlage cylinders in and it works great.The electronic locking works great, has a good range. Love the features in the app where you send keys to people that work for a period of time and then stop. Those keys can either be in the form of a code or they can use the app. If you give a key you can revoke that key, or stop / start it from opening the door. Overall I am very happy with the device. Battery seems to last, and the app tells you if the battery is going to expire. I also like that you can hold a nine volt to the bottom of the door to engage so that it can be unlocked with the app so if the batteries do die, you can use this to get in and replace them.

Does what I wanted it to do, not a fan of the keys that come with it, but should rarely need to use those. I have a sone with special needs, and many different care workers, nice to be able to give them a code that I can cancel, not worry about keys being copied.

The app doesn’t unlock or lock the door. The key does not come out of the door when locked it only comes out when the door is unlocked which doesn’t make any sense. It’s a waste of money. Very disappointed

So far so good - I didn't realize you need the Gateway remote in addition to this for additional features. I like the key pad, but I wish I was able to control how loud the sound is when pressing the numbers. It wasn't too hard to install either.I had a few questions for the customer service and I was able to connect with a representative pretty quickly. She helped answer all my questions and has offered me to ask any other questions that may come up. I appreciate the service so far!
