Does the loek lens warmer run on batteries or only in usb?

It has fixed USB cable...so only way to power it is with usb ... You can use power bank though

What size voltage power bank do you need?

Whatever the voltage is on a USB battery, I believe about 5 V

Does this dew heater work with a Nikon 55-200mm kit lens? Sorry if this is a dumb question

This lens warmer works with any size lens that the wrap can fit around. I use it for a 61 mm telescope, and there’s plenty of spare wrap to accommodate a larger lens. I had a 55 to 200 and it was similar diameter to my telescope It is also effective to stave off, frost and condensation as long as use the wrap right along the plane of the lens area. I keep the setting also on high during the coldest nights of winter to discourage condensation.

What is the device's power consumption? How long will it stay warm with a 10,000 mAhr power bank?

I plug mine into a 33,800 mA hour battery and I believe it will last most all night. So I imagine 10,000 mA hours will last at least 3 to 4 hours if not more. If the setting is on low it would last longer; there are three settings, low, medium, high.
