I recently had an annual physical exam with my doc and vitamin D and iron tested below average. My 15yo old son has mood swings like a teenage girl, these gummies are amazing. I was skeptical at first, but after reading reviews I thought I’d try them out. When he takes them consistently, he’s happier and gets less irritated over the dumbest things. Less fighting with his brother which is another win! He doesn’t mind the flavor and takes them without fuss. Highly recommend.

This had really good reviews but I tried this with my adhd child and it never seemed to do anything at all to him. It made me feel off every time I took it and then after I stopped taking it I went three days straight being very spastic and not my normal self. Guess its a nice try since it works for the majority but it's still a try at your own risk just like anything else I suppose.

The media could not be loaded. I bought these for my niece and ended up taking them for myself. They taste delicious and gave me energy. 🤷🏽‍♀️ great multivitamin with B12 to give you that BB bounce.
