Sturdy ladder
Great sturdy ladder. This ladder is tall and helps us reach our 3rd story with ease. It's a heavy ladder, which is what you need. It is awkward to put up by yourself. I would recommend not using this ladder by yourself.

Very heavy. Not worth the $$$.
Pretty bad experience with this one. The ladder took an extra week and a half to get to me. It was too big for the normal trucks to deliver and the shipping company didn't know. Communication was very poor to let me know it was going to be delayed. Although Amazon was very good playing the middle man.Once I finally got the ladder, it was way too heavy. Very difficult for two people to handle it. I think the description says it is 87 lbs, but it feels like 150. Considering that you need to push the ladder up from the bottom to stand it up against a wall, the majority of those pounds will be over your head, so very difficult to maneuver.I took it apart into two sections and it is still a big effort to stand up.Definitely not worth the $$$. I would return it, but way too much pain to pack it up again and ship it.

Very well made
This ladder was something I had to have with my new house and was so expensive that I was nervous about the purchase.Well, I can say the worry was un-needed. The ladder is very well made. (Albeit heavy) and has been used several times already.I have successfully set it up once by myself, but I don't recommend it. It's definitely a two person job. Be safe, have a buddy on this one.If you need this you know it. So if you have to buy one, know you will not be disappointed.Thank you for your time.

It's a beast
Kind of know what you're getting into. This is a very big ladder it is definitely a two man operation. The ladder it self is pretty well built. The problem is the rung that go up for support to hold the ladder in place for height. They are made out of plastic they seen if you use it consistently they will crack so I would probably replace them with aluminum. When I say two men operation the footing tends to walk on you.I would have paid an extra 50 buck for larger feet. But they have a $160 level footing system. I don't have it yet to judge it.You also have a $60 bracket that you can buy for the top to stabilize you. I bought it. It's very cheaply made. That ladder is so tall I don't even think it's necessary because you will go over the peak you need. But if you look at the of cost one, compare to a roofer $ and you are able to watch a utube its worth it.everything said and done. You're looking at a thousand dollar ladder.I'm probably gonna air tag it in several places in rent it. Nobody has a ladder that big except for a large scale roofer.Do not forget how you're gonna store it or move it.It's a little over 20 foot long. It's only ninety seven pounds light but awkward...It's not something you can throw in the back of a very big pickup truck. You need at least a fifteen foot eighteen foot vehicle to move.Otherwise that I love it.I'm gonna buy 3L brackets with a lip and mount mine on the side of the house. I don't think it'll get stolen. But I will secure it with bicycle l wire and directly mount into beams in my house.

I can't believe Amazon would ship an item like this
This ladder was delivered to me this morning with a missing mar-resistant end cap, a missing rubber foot on a safety swivel shoe, a safety rope that is starting to shred in multiple spots throughout it, pieces of fiberglass starting to break off, multiple dented "D" rungs, and it's all scratched up throughout. I'd say that this ladder is a huge safety liability, and I am shocked that Amazon would ship something like this to a customer.

Returned twice due to damage
It looks like a nice ladder but we never got to use it. In damaged condition on both deliveries. Will be finding a different ladder.
