Wide Packing Tape 4 inch 6 Pack, Label Protection Tape, Clear, 72 Yards

I use these for covering the bottom of my clients shoes so the don't mess up my white backdrop.

I really did not get this to tape I use it to help me transfer larger doddles to wood or candle or whatever I want. Works fine am PLEASED.

This is so thin it is impossible to work with. I even bought a $28.00 dispenser for it, as I thought it was just me trying to handle it without a dispenser. NOT. You can’t get it to roll evenly, even with a dispenser, it tears and sticks to itself. Also, you cannot get a clear piece, it shows every finger print and crinkle. I do not recommend this tape.

I really liked how thick and durable this tape is. We used it to pack a lot of moving boxes. However, it is hard to unroll if you lose the piece of tape you were working with because the tape is relatively thin and blends in with the rest of the roll. It would be helpful if it came with a plastic holder to keep the tape in place.

The only reason I’m giving it two star is that I like the width of the tape, it’s exactly what I needed. The quality is a different story it’s very thin and not at all user friendly. Life is too short to stress (the way it keeps breaking is very frustrating) over unrolling a piece of tape. I will not purchase this tape again and I do not recommend it. Save your money.

I'm not sure my review matches what everyone else is buying this tape for. I needed it to hold foliage a certain way in a photography product. It worked great for that, but I have no idea how it would work on books.
