Health is very important .. and for this we have to eat and drink healthy..This health drink is milkwise is superb.. this is the complete package for whole family..kid's to adult can take in daily nutrition..Am fully satisfied with it. It has no sugar,no milk solids,no Chemical. It contains supergrains, nuts, and seeds which is good source of DHA and nutrients.

Not for everyone
Firstly the pouch came with an open cardboard cover. So bad packaging. Secondly, it doesn’t dissolve very well in milk, sticks to the spoon and settles at the bottom no matter how much u stir.I bought it under the influence of reviews but the taste is powdery and not so good..my 5 yr old refused to have it so I will have to finish it. Also, need to add some sweetener.Wouldn’t recommend unless u can tolerate any taste for the sake of health.
