This works great it holds about a gallon of water. I've only used it on the low setting because that is pretty strong. The timer and light features work great. I discovered though you don't really need to push the buttons hard a very late touch is what makes them work.

Update: Exceptional customer service! They reached out to me and we tried to troubleshoot, when those things didn’t work they offered refund or replacement! Good customer service is hard to find and this company goes above and beyond!I purchased this in August 2023 and loved it but it has unfortunately stopped working…I’ve cleaned it according to instructions but no mist will come out. Any other suggestions? Has this happened to others? Maybe I just got a bad one?! Prior to it not working I loved the style, the out put of mist, the lights, easy to use …really bummed mine stopped working within 90 days of purchase.

UPDATE March 2024 - seller stood by the product and offered to refund and replace the diffuser. I have accepted a refund and did not need a replacement as I think it would have the same problem.After a week of daily use, the unit clogged easily and no longer produces steam. We have to clean it after each use now to prevent further clogging. Would not recommend!

I loved it until I didn’t! Stopped working at all in only 4 months. However, the seller reached out with a full refund and I have happily ordered another. In the world of large diffusers, these are just right! The customer service focus makes you want to support this company for sure!

After a couple of hours of use I started noticing the scent was gone and it started leaking after about 3 month . I set it on a charger plate . Glad I caught it before it ruined my furniture ! I use really good essential oils so i is s not the oils that lost the scent. I also found my wood doors, and my walls got a white powdery film over them so I chose to get rid of it . Not happy for the price I paid for this thing. Last about 4-5 months total !

Worked great for 13 months then the electronics stopped. So not an issue with residual buildup I don’t think. Disappointed esp at the price of $50!
