Great working controller. I got stick shift in my old one. Thus, why I bought this refurbished one “excellent” condition. To be honest It is in excellent condition very clean and everything works good as it should. I’m happy with my purchase

Controller in excellent condition. Works fine. Not stuck buttons or stick drift.

TL;DR- dirty upon arrival with dirt, grease, and sweat in crevices- stick drift- right trigger completely unusable- rubber grips fell off- poor quality overalli bought this controller to be more comfortable with playing on console, and when the controller arrived it was in HORRIBLE condition. inside the amazon box was nothing but a small box with a ziploc bag. there was no real casing for the controller. the controller arrived with grease, grime, and a bunch of dirt in every crevice imaginable. i had hopes for the controller that it was just dirty and not dysfunctional. but i was mistaken. within a day the rubber grips completely fell off. there was stick drift and the right trigger completely stopped working. please save your money and do not buy this.

This particular wireless controller for some reason or another needed the cord to pair to the xbox one and works just fine wireless !

The media could not be loaded. All the buttons work, a few minor marks on it but that doesn’t matter to me. Put in batteries and it connected and worked fine. A little bit of plastic covering on it still.

Works well but sometimes the A button needs to be pushed twice.
