We used this booklet for a multi-denominational Good Friday service. With the addition of a short Lutheran/Roman Catholic explanation that we stapled inside the booklet it was excellent! Each family was handed a copy of the book in place of a bulletin for the service. Over 80% of the children in our Sunday School that year were from Lutheran/Catholic marriages where one parent was or had been Lutheran and the other was or had been Roman Catholic. The fact that the entire family could share this was important. Later, several families who had not attended the worship service stopped by our offices to see if extra books were still available. Fortunately, we had purchased extras.

These books were purchased for my daughters Catholic School. They are being used for grades 1st-5th. They are excellently written for children but not childish. The illustrations are beautiful. A great publication to pray The Stations of the Cross with any age level including adults. We will be purchasing more for 6th-8th grade and Kindergarten.

I like the St. Joseph's Books because they present hard to discuss topics easily. They are also a great tool for adults to "brush up" on various topics pertaining to our beautiful and rich Roman Catholic faith.

This is a good way to introduce children to pray and contemplate about how much God loves them to suffer so much for them. It is a wonderful tool for lent.
