Truly a pleasant surprise, and more. The size, strength, and design of the backscratchers are incredible. I didn't expect to get the quality and durability as in these items. Indeed, given that the packaging came in two, I presumed that one would break and I could use the second until a replacement was ordered. Not so.These are real instruments meant to be used. I keep one beside my bed, and the other in the living room where I spend most of my time. I am just getting used to my limited movement and one arm living, these backscratchers are a comfort. When my grand children come around, I don't put them up out of the way as with other more delicate things, although they haven't figured out why I have a ball on a stick.Pat

my children trying to take my backscratcher...that should say it all...for me as getting older and arms aren't as limber as children were getting tired of helping out this was a great product but if you have long or larger torso likely would need couple more inches in length...i make it work but think will look for 19 to 21 inch one next time

I really appreciate this backscratcher. It works like a charm and probably everyone should have one. It was a good price, good quality, long enough and shipped quickly.

Does what it's supposed to but the massage bong thing makes it hard to hold sometimes and I'm not sure it really works. But the scratcher works fine.

I was desperately in need of a back scratcher and this has filled the need very well. The bongers are an added bonus for a bit of massage when you need one!
