I bought this purely to make hot chocolate, so I can't really comment on how good it is at frothing milk. It's perfect for what I want though. You just add the milk and cocoa powder and it heats and stirs it all together! Yummy.I was a bit cautious as some of the reviews said the milk is just warm. I'm not sure what lava other people are drinking, but I found it plenty hot enough.Easy to use.

I bought this as a replacement as my coffee machine broke and it was the quickest I could get delivered that had good reviews. I'm not disappointed. I needed something to heat milk separately as the pod coffee machines nearly all have milk included and I can't have dairy. It heats my oat milk well, I can make great hot chocolates. I add a little washing up liquid and set to heat, cleans itself. Very easy to use. Looks very nice on the counter. I recommend this product.

Hi AllIf your reading this then you are already considering buying a milk frother. You may have looked at others as well and read review of leaking etc... I bought this item a couple of weeks ago once you select the write program from what you are making it works perfectly all the time.Family of 4 its always being used everyday since we got it and it hasn't skipped a beat. Making perfect hot chocolate every-time amongst other things...I also own a hotel chocolat velvetiser and yes its well made, but its not £70 better made to be honest. Im now sending the velvetiser back for a refund as i don't see any benefit in keeping it. This one i got from amazon has 4 options where the velvetiser only has one option.I would easily recommend this milk frother, oh and what makes a good hot choclate is the chocloate you use to make a hot chocolate, i bought some hotel chocolat 50% milky and its amazing. This machine and the 50% milky is a dream combo.There is nothing i don't like to be honest, the instructions are clear, and comes with a cleaning brush and a spare whisker just in case you lose the one that is inside the machine, The velveltiser comes with nothing just the machine and base.Hope this helpsThanks

I got this for Christmas and it’s so unbelievably easy to use I make hot chocolates with it and cappuccinos and it works fantastically would 10/10 recommend!

Love this to heat milk for a flat white. Did try the froth setting too. Milk really frothy but I prefer flat milk so doubt I'll use that function. I removed the frother ring to clean and am not sure how to reattach without it rattling. Milk is warmed enough for me but not very hot. I'm adding the heated milk to already hot espresso. I will edit this review over time as I use it more.

The media could not be loaded.  It had the same milk frother. My wife bought it a few years ago. A great milk frother and milk warmer that does not change the taste of milk. I've been using it for over three years now and I have to say it's one of my favorite coffee tools I've ever used!We usually go out every day. That's why we love to drink great coffee. I even buy specialty milk just for our coffee to be good. The frothed milk and coffee go great. Initially I bought a more expensive frother, but this milk frother my wife bought was much nicer and cheaper. So I returned the expensive one. Sometimes the expensive ones don't get any better.So I took a chance with this milk frother and was pleasantly surprised at how great it worked, how easy it was to clean, and the cleaning tools that came with it! (we've been using it for a few years and since we broke the machine, I bought the same one)This product does everything it says it can do and it does it well. They also included a soft sponge cleaning stick, which is a nice added bonus that many of the other machines I've compared don't offer.The unit detaches easily from the base and makes the perfect slightly fluffy lather every time, it's easy to pour and I must say, after using this for the past few months, I'm becoming a home barista self-taught!Anyway, I highly recommend indulging yourself with this great little device, I recommend you try some sparkling in your coffee/espresso.

The media could not be loaded.  If you're the kind of person who can't wait to enjoy a delicious coffee or hot chocolates after a long day at work, then this milk warmer/frother is an excellent way of getting those smooth and creamy hot drinks in the luxury of your own home, with the press of a button, and can be used on non-dairy 'milks' also, yay!The device has 4 different applications; heating milk, cold frothing, hot frothing, or mixing hot chocolate, and all function great (trust me, I did plenty of testing...). There are markers on the inside of the frother indicating min/max lines on the inside, and you cycle between modes by simply pressing the one-and-only button.I've been using primarily oat milk in the frother and it hasn't let me down yet, but it may take you a couple of attempts to get just the right of milk/froth for your cuppa. Once you get the hang of it you really can take your coffee to that 'coffee shop' level if you're using good, freshly ground beans, a good filter method and this milk frother, it really completes the experience.
