Arrived nicely packaged, feel heavier than my other baking pans and look sturdier too; buttered and floured the pan, chilled it before bake, yield wonderful products, with delicately crispy rims, high humps and buttery soft center! The goodies came right out with the help of a spatula and cleaning up was a breeze, this is my very first Madeleine pan and my second batch in two days upon receiving the product; will keep baking for improvement and test the pan’s non stickiness over time, a very satisfied purchase , so far have fallen in love with this ‘chefmade’ pan; if it can stand the time testing, guess will swap all my ‘not so great’ baking pans to this brand

The media could not be loaded.  High end product. It was like unwrapping a present! Item came well packaged and it’s so easy to clean and use. I used a bakers spray to make these Madeline’s. I found the relive I had said it would make 15 of them and with this pan I ended up having 23! Keep that in mind when baking. These come out so pretty. All around very impressed. Just as high quality as my Wilton and Nordic pans. I would buy from this brand again!

I made 5 dozen of madeleines so far.It takes a little longer to cook but does the job in 10 minutes at 400F.The shape is inviting snd gorgeous!

Non-stick and easy to clean, I use only water to clean. But hopefully the size of the madeleines can be larger.

Love the shape and the madeleines came out wonderful! I piped chocolate in the mold placed the madeleine back in and froze it for 5 minutes. They popped out perfectly.

I’m always weary of trying new brands, but I’m glad I did. I love my new Chefmade mini madeleine pan. I’ve used it twice now and it was easy to clean with a plastic bristle brush. It did not scratch or warp. It was very sturdy going in and coming out of the oven. Only time will tell if it’s durable, but it seems like it is. I bought a second pan right after my first batch bc I was so pleased. I also bought some other of their products. So I hope they will work out too.

If you can normally make six muffins, then with this, you'll get 12 and the size is nice. We made some Jiffy corn muffins and then folded in a cup of fresh blueberries. The finished shell muffins were a very pleasant size. This will be handy for anything like muffins, cakes and even chocolate chip cookies. This product is sturdy and thick. It hasn't warped at all after several uses. The coating is very slick. Enjoy baking more with this fancy pan.

I really wanted USA Pans Madeline pans, but their size is just 1/2 inch too big for our countertop oven.CHEFMADE is a great 2nd choice - somewhat similar in quality, and fits our countertop oven with room to spare.Very happy with the purchase! I recommend this product.

Exacelente calidad precio mejor de lo que esperaba, el diseño queda muy bien definido me encantoooooooo.Llegó antes de tiempo muy empacado por el vendedor y la marcaSolo como sugerencia este tipo de moldes con diseño se usa con spray desmoldante o una mezcla de desmoldante si no sera imposible que salga el panqué , lo comento por experiencia por si alguien momlo sabe....

We bought this cake pan to make mince pies with the shell shape for Christmas. First we tried them for madeleine cakes and they came out perfect from our fan oven, no burning and with a super light sponge texture.The pan is very well-made of thick steel with a non-stick finish. It was easy to use and clean and had just enough weight to feel strong yet not so thick as to be a burden. The shell impressions are fairly deep and so produce great madeleines; the test will be the mince pies!
