I bought the Dr Pen and a Tripollar Stop at the same time to attempt to incorporate the radio frequency of the Stop into the microneedling of the Dr Pen. After reading a professional’s opinion of at-home microneedling devices and suggesting that the needles don’t penetrate the skin deep enough to make a difference, I’ve been more highly skeptical. That being said, when I do use it, my skin does turn pink where it has penetrated /scratched it and it does start peeling, as it should. The microneedling does activate a process of skin renewal, assisting in the reveal of newer, younger skin. I have also noticed a reduction in the appearance of a sun spot. I was hoping that the two together would rid me of my ugly saggy neck and give me back my jawline, but this has not happened yet. You’ll be the first to know if it does!
