This review will probably look fake. But believe me, I have nothing to do with this company. Anyway, my son dropped it from the balcony on the 25th floor, and it fell onto a scaffolding below. No damage to the case, but the table has some pigmentation in one of the corners. Working great no physical or water damage. It was a bit rainy day, and it took us about 2 hours to get to the table. Life saver for my husband who had a stroke. We don't have to worry that if he drops his tablet it will break. And I love the strap around his neck, so when he changes seats he doesn't have to figure out how to get his tablet there too,seeing he has limited mobility in his left arm and hand.

One drop is all it took for my kids tablet to brake on the screen area. Assume protection everywhere else but the screen.

This appears to provide good protection for tablet, but its a little difficult to initially fit. The instructions could have been clearer. I hope the protection is there, but time will tell. The access to some of the functions on tablet is a little difficult with the protective cover installed. I would appreciate someone from customer service contacting me.
