These are comfortable & great for working out.

It's see through material. Not what I wanted so returned it for a refund.

this is a novelty sexy lounge-wear maybe, not a jockstrap. The straps kept rolling up/bunching up, can't straighten them out when wearing pants without putting my hand inside the pant... can't keep doing that in public! the pouch is very stretchy yet too small, giving no support and having no option to insert a support cup. When worn it is under knee-length sweat shorts at the gym, was asked by staff to put on underwear! Every few minutes had to deal with the annoying rolled straps and it looked as if I had no undies, so people see, it appeared like I was having a rash and kept fiddling with it! Nobody wants to see people at the gym, no undies, and kept playing with their a**/derriere!

I usually wear a medium wanted a loser fit so ordered large, they wear too small and very little " package" room
