What size is the pouch?

The pouch is roughly 4”x5”.

Is it easy to tell the number rolled or are the dice so clear the dots can be confusing? I'm going to be using these with kindergarteners.

The numbers are easy to identify! My first grader plays with these all the time. They are smaller than normal dice.

Are the colors exactly what is depicted, and exactly 10 of each?

Yes, use these to play a game with 10 family members at Christmas and each of us had 10 dice. So there were exactly 100, 10 of each color.
