Pump does not work
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Antari S500 through BH photography a few months ago. We opened it up for the event we had this past weekend trying to get it going and it would never work. Everything turned on like it should but the pump would not draw the fluid from the reservoir to the pump and push it out down the hose. I talked to many people including a tech for the manufacturer and they said that they had a problem sometimes with the pumps being primed, sometimes the pumps being doa. Dead on arrival. After over a dozen hours in labor and a failed event that we now have to refund the customer for we are very disappointed and dissatisfied with this machine. We got it to work on one occasion for 15 minutes and then another occasion for about 45 minutes. It was wonderful when it worked but hours and hours and hours trying to get to work again is very frustrating especially for the price of a couple thousand dollars plus fluid.
