Perfect fix!! My electric start hasn't worked on my '95 Honda Fourtrax 300 4x4 in well over a year! Sick of kick-starting, I decided to fix it finally. Did some tracing and testing that led me to the old original starter solenoid. I ordered this one at a GREAT price. Shipped immediately. This is an exact replacement. Super easy install. Perfect fit. Most importantly, my starter works again!! Great buy!

purchased this solenoid after the one on my 1974 CL360 went out. Definitely worth the price. I had to cut the connector off and solder on some bullet connectors, but that was to be expected. it actually mounted up to the same mounts as the original one.

It fits and actually works. However, the wiring harness is about 5 inches shorter than the OEM part (1996 TRX300). I was easily able to cut it off and extend it using the wiring from the original, so not a deal breaker.

Price is Right, but you better buy 2! Mine just crapped out after a few years and now I'm ordering another spare. The pig tail is way shorter than OEM part but you can splice it. Or like I did just remove the harness jig and run it along the front of the battery. Simple to install and you get what you pay for. Works great for 8.99!

The solenoid worked very well. I had to reroute the connecting wire in order to connect the two ends.The original solenoid wire was approximately two inches longer
