Ader Barbell Pro-fix Gym Bar Handle #1-#7

Some people may not think of these as home gym equipment but they can be. If you have to change the weight of the bar multiple times during your work out get a barbell with collars. If you however do one or multiple sets with the same weight during the work out these are great. The weight is solidly fixed in place but can be changed often enough to be worth having one or two of these bars available. The weights are easy enough second hand at a good price. Buy one every few months when you have some extra money and you could have a whole set soon enough.
