Great phone for the money
I am a tech guy, and I am very finicky about my electronic toys. This phone is fast/responsive, and looks premium. Haven't had a hiccup yet, and everyone who sees it says nice phone. I bought the refurbished one, and it didn't have a single blemish or mark on it, phone appears brand new

Came scratched and locked by previous owner's PIN
I received this product about 30 minutes ago. Not only is there a scratch on the glass, the phone is still locked to the person who previously owned this phone. I get a message that says, "Your phone was reset to factory settings. To use this phone, enter your previous PIN"... Yeah, I'll get right on that and track down the previous owner somehow. What a waste of time and energy this experience has been. This will be the last time I order a renewed phone. I couldn't recommend this to anyone. It's not like you're saving that much getting a renewed phone. What exactly did they renew? The tape that held the box together? They didn't renew the glass or the software. What a disappointment.Aside from those issues, the phone just feels cheap so far. It's thin... if that's your thing, but I can't see it having a long battery life since it weighs like it's running off of two watch batteries. I don't believe the 4000 milliamps. And obviously, it must scratch easily since they ship it out pre-scratched for you. How thoughtful. The sad part is that I got it as a gift for my father because his phone broke and he's clueless about online ordering or what a Gmail is. Now I have to tell him he's still going to be phoneless for a while. Especially for Christmas. Way to let my father down Amazon.
