Repeat Customer of IRIS USA products
This is the 3rd clothing rack I've ordered from this company, and I've purchased a number of organizers from IRIS USA, as well. The quality is excellent, assembly couldn't be easier, and the modern designs are my favorite aspect. The minimalist design provides easy home organization without being bulky or taking up a lot of space. This one, in particular, is simple and elegant, yet incredibly sturdy.

Perfect Clothes Rack for Guests
I love the compact size and style. The white metal and chrome accents look crisp and clean. If you take two bottom screws out of the bottom rack, it folds flush. Here it is behind my guest room door. The directions are scant. There are no words in any language. The drawings are very small. Two poles on one side go on the “outside” of the other two poles. And that’s the side that gets the longer slat on the bottom rack. It would have only taken me 15-20 min by myself to put it together, but I had to redo the bottom rack with the correct screws. It was easy to put together but not intuitive;)

5 years later
I bought this 5 years ago for baby clothes. It's still sturdy and looks good. Its definitely worth the price I paid for it. We use it almost daily.

Cute, but a little rickety.
Firstly, it came together very easily. It looks smart, has a cute area below for shoes and other things, and I can see why folks have picked these up for their shops. A little disappointed with HOW it goes together, however. It isn’t designed for stability, she has a bit of a sway to her. I wouldn’t want to try putting multiple heavy coats on there. If you don’t have a lot of cash and want a cute, functional place to hang your clothes, this is a fair bet. I don’t see it lasting upwards of 5 years, though.

This Clothes Rack is Unusually Nice - 5 Stars
Working on an unconventional closet upgrade and working with a limited color palette. Need items with light beige, cream, and light brown colors. This rack has cream colored pipes (not white) and light brown boards. The boards have curved fronts, which is not apparent from product photos. Also, the kit came with cream colored spacers, which really gives this rack a more finished look. These were also not easily apparent from the product photos, so I took a photo of them in particular. What this means in general is that this rack is actually VERY nice looking, and would even say a bit upper scale. It's a steal at $98 dollars. I could easily see this going for $250 at Bed, Bath and Beyond.Needed something of a very specific width due to the size of the alcove it was going in, and it fit into this space perfectly. Easy to put together, and perfect for light use. It's not for a bunch of heavy coats. Needed this to hold a few things on hangers, store shoes, and the shelves are a nice bonus. The last photo is the walk in closet in it's current form. Not done yet, but this clothes rack was everything I wanted and more. It's design goes very nicely with the rest of the items already in the closet and what's planned on coming in next. The extra design details really make this rack look like it belongs in my closet.Pro's - Small footprint, very nice design features, easy to put together.Con's - Not for lots of heavy things. Could be a little taller, as at 5 feet 2 inches I am a tad taller than the rack itself.

Serves its purpose
I needed a clothing rack with some shelves. After reviewing several items I decided to purchase this one based on style, material, price & reviews.I struggled a bit with putting it together - but primarily user error lol.Once it was together I made sure everything was tight and sturdy.I was impressed - because it did not wobble.I immediately starting hanging clothes and filling the shelves.*** 6 months later - I am still happy with this clothing rack. There are just a few things I want to point out:It's not meant for a closet full of clothes. Although it's sturdy enough to stuff to hold a lot, I would recommend looking for a larger one... or buy two of these.Lastly, I needed to move the clothes rack and scooted it a small distance. When I did that the rack wobbled a bit after that. The weight of the clothes and moving the rack - it loosened up some of the screws. It was quickly resolved with checking and tightening each one.

Great for smaller spaces
I'm so happy I bought this. I was a bit worried because of some of the reviews. I was worried it would be very difficult to build, parts would be missing/messed up, it wouldn't be sturdy, etc. When I saw the picture I really wanted it, so I bit the bullet and eventually bought it. I actually looked for other garment racks (there are many cools ones out there), but all were too big for my tiny room...This is perfect for my room. I love it! All the pieces were there, it fits in my room, I was able to build it with no problems (I built it alone, although the instructions suggest building it with another person), and my room looks better already.I have built some furniture before like cubed shelves from Target, dressers from Targetn etc. I was able to build this rack by myself no problems. It did take me 2-3 hours though. I didn't want to mess up and my room isn't spacious, so I had trouble moving it as I connected pieces. The only problem I had was some confusion over which side is the "indented" side, but I think I figured it out or well it came together anyways!I suggest ample space to build this, don't be like me to try to build it in a tiny room (not my best idea). It seems fairly sturdy. I was a little worried though to hang some heavier jackets because I used spaced saving hangers. I am not sure it adding the jackets would be too heavy, so for now I didn't hang those.I didn't finish organizing my rack in the picture, but I'm satisfied with this purchase. For my current room, it's perfect for me! If my room was bigger I probably would have bought a bigger rack, but I am so thrilled this product exist because it FITS in my room in the one spot that I could make space. It is a rack with shelves (yay!). I could get it delivered quickly to clean up my room during covid-19. Thank you Amazon and this seller; I'm glad I went through and bought this. Hope it lasts!

Don't bother.
Should have taken 15 minutes to put together, but took 2.5 hours since none of the pieces are labeled and they all look the same. Don't bother purchasing.

* ASSEMBLY AND DESIGN *It took myself and an additional person to assemble this garment rack. You'll need the extra help to support the pieces to ensure proper alignment before screwing the items. Requires a Philips screw which was not included. The instructions however I found to be questionable and not very easy as some screws and metal parts looks very similar so be sure to double check each item and separate them. You'll need a wide space to separate the pieces and assemble to avoid mistakes. When screwing in the metal parts, I made sure not to tighten it completely until everything was in alignment. The wooden bases had small hole indentations however they were off from the actual metal frames. I used a pencil and Philips screw to mark the actual holes. The soft wood (/ compressed pieces) has a smooth "front" base while the other sides are normal.* Hint *After assembling the metal frames, make sure you've decided on your lifestyle whether the shelves should be on the left or right side. They are reversible but there is only one front facing wood that is displayable. The other sides are fine but not as curved as the one side.* STURDINESS *I chose this garment rack so I wouldn't have to drill holes into my walls (I still can't do this... Ikea's "floating racks" are dangerous). Plus the flexibility for future use in mobility. It is currently being used for my jackets and bags aka on-the-go items in one place.I found it to be sturdy for me after finalizing the screws. The rack does have a weight limit so if you have heavy jackets (e.g. 3x Canada Goose jackets and wool jackets), it does start to bend. So be selective and only the items you plan to wear* VALUE FOR MONEY *Purchased this during Amazon's Black Friday 2020 where I got it for $100 CAD! I've been watching this item since the summer (priced at $150+) and jumped at the opportunity when it was part of the BF deal. The delivery was fast and provided updates on the status of this item as it is large and comes from the supplier, not Amazon's warehouse.I use this garment rack for my on-the-go items such as jackets/coats and bags. I try to rotate my designer bags and having the shelving units provides incentive to change it up monthly. Also great at displaying shoes if you're comfortable with a little dirt. I usually wipe my shoes' soles before putting it on the shelves or paper towel to avoid potential stains/transfer.I would however recommend purchasing a narrow hanging shoe box for smaller items (e.g. gloves, masks, scarves, small leather goods - SLGs, sunglasses, and etc.) for the rack. It keeps my items more easier to reach and organized which is important when I'm running out of the house. You can of course use baskets as it's more visually appealing, but for me, it becomes a catch-all and mixed-up as there's no partitions in the baskets.

Easy to use and pretty
I have a small room and this fit perfectly in my room. It wasn't difficult to assemble and it's quite sturdy as well. I got the white color and it doesn't cheap !
