Update: the seller did eventually respond to my feedback and seems to have updated the post. They offered to send a pouch, but it would take 30+ days. Decided to return.The one delivered to me did NOT match the picture or description in the post.1. It did NOT come with the drawstring carrying bag pictured!You’re apparently meant to fold and stuff it inside itself which takes much more effort! (You can see in my picture varying degrees of success with this)My concern how long before the inner tube tears or the cover rips with all this folding and pushing?!2. There is no “zipper” to remove the cover as the description mentions.Instead it looks like you might be able to remove the tube by pulling it out the back overlapping flaps in the cover. (See my Picture). But I didn’t dare go that far.Worse, I sent multiple messages to the seller attempting to get this remedied… ZERO RESPONSE! Appears they’re in China. So they probably won’t replace any that malfunction either.The fabric is nice enough, it fits a little small on the neck (better upside down actually), but I worry about the reliability of the inner tube plastic.Buy at your own risk!

I was excited to purchase these for the convenience of storage and traveling. It is indeed very easy to inflate. However I bought two and both pillows would slowly deflate constantly. I had to keep re-inflating every ~15minutes to maintain the same support. Became extremely annoying. As for comfort, the fabric is fine but when fully inflated for full support the pillow was tight around the neck.

I love being able to inflate this pillow on a plane without using my mouth. LOVE this design. But, it's BIG in my backpack. Maybe comparing it to 4 iPhones would be more accurate than the photo I saw posted here.

This pillow exceeded my expectations. The built in pump is awesome, inflating and deflating is really easy, it rolls into a small bag for carrying so it isn't so bulky. It's as comfortable as other travel pillows I have used. Not exactly sleeping on a cloud, but like most travel pillows keeps you from kinking your neck. Quality and design seem good and should last for a long time

Great price. Comfortable for an inflatable pillow. Very easy to deflate. Simple to adjust pressure. Good luck getting it back into same pocket it arrived in. Stores nicely so not a big issue. No instructions included. But maybe none needed except for getting it back in that attached pocket.

This is a great neck pillow. I used it on two 5-hour plane rides and did not wake up stiff after a mid-flight nap. Provides great, comfortable support both for the back of the neck and front if your head wants to fall forward. VERY easy to inflate the right amount.

I really like how easy it is to inflate and adjust the firmness with your fingers either pumping in more air (not blowing by mouth but pushing a finger pump with a valve) and releasing pressure by pushing a button. It deflates completely and quickly, and rolls up and stores easily in the drawstring bag provided. The hood is a big plus - it hangs down over the eyes for darkness and warmth on a drafty airliner.

So convenient and saves on space in my travel pack which is of the utmost importance! The pump and release mechanism could not be easier to use and allows you to dial in your ideal support without being finicky.
