I've been using other Evogen supplements for a while now, and also take nootropics for brain health and sharper thinking. Brain Builder seemed like an interesting product so I thought I'd give it a try. After taking it for a short while, I do feel that it helps keep me focused while also providing both a physical and mental energy boost.I am familiar with all of the ingredients and they are recognized for their brain-boosting and protective properties. The energy comes from the caffeine content of the yerba mate, is facilitated by vitamin B6, and moderated by L-Theanine. I did have to look up what Cytidine-5′-diphosphocholine does and it is considered an essential molecule that is required for the biosynthesis of cell membranes. Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline (Alpha-GPC) seems to increase a chemical in the brain called acetylcholine and is important for memory and learning functions and has been used to treat dementia. All in all, the ingredient list is impressive for nootropic applications.The medium-sized capsules have a light, herbal aroma and are easy to swallow. The dosage is 3 a day taken either spread out or all at once for a more pronounced effect. I'm not sure why the packaging says to refrigerate after opening, but that makes it slightly less practical. Ok I didn’t expect too much from this when I got it because most supplements promise a lot and delivery very little… BUT… let me tell you. I am impressed with this supplement. The 1st day I only took 1, and went about my day, and all the sudden when I had extra tasks to complete I tackled them without feeling like I had to make any extra effort. It’s like it came naturally for me. I had long lasting sustainable energy for the remainder of my day. The best thing is that this continues to provide that type of motivation. The daily serving size is 3 capsules. It contains plant based caffeine, so, I suggest watching your intake on regular coffee. I still have my normal cup of coffee each day while taking this, and I don’t feel jittery or anything.I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a brain boost because it really does work. I’ve tried many other supplements hoping to get results like this provides. A+ to this brand!

Evogen Brain Builder works. The first time I took it, I followed the instructions and had 3 capsules. I didn't have coffee that day, to make sure the effects I felt could ONLY be attributed to Evogen Brain Builder. In my experience, Evogen gives you a calmer energy than coffee and the reduced anxiety means you can actually put that energy boost to good use!I have ADD and don't like the side effects of taking amphetamine regularly, so I'm always on the lookout for a supplement that can give me a less anxious focused energy. Evogen Brain Builder is that supplement. I pair 2 capsules of Evogen with ashwagandha daily and get a subtle but steady flow of focused energy as a result. No more crashes and crippling anxiety!

I took these pills a couple of times before my workouts and before playing some video games for the nootropic benefits but I didn't feel any actual difference. I also did not feel that mind to muscle connection that it states you will feel or help with. I still have a couple of pills left so I will give it another try but so far, it hasn't worked well for me.

In the past, I have found Evogen products to be effective and high quality. Having also tried a number of nootropic products before, I was interested in Evogent’s Brain Bulider. I did not find this to be a high “caffeine” stimulant type supplement (it does, however, have yerba mate); rather, it has a number of ingredients that are noted to support cognitive function (bacopa monnieri, several choline derivatives, alpha-GPC).The recommended serving size is 3 capsules; I started out with 1 and found it was necessary to take at least 2 to promote effective focus/concentration. The product is to be refrigerated after opening. Because of the lower caffeine content, I have found this a good product to use in the evening when I need an extra boost for late work.

I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered the product. I’ve been testing nootropic type products for sometime. Unfortunately, most don’t seem to work or should I say I get little benefit from them. However this will be a product that I will continue to purchase. My workouts are typically 5 AM at the latest noon. So it’s easy to say I can be a little groggy with the earlier morning workouts. In my experience, over the last few days I’ve been fully awake and engaged by the time I arrive at the gym. Plus, I don’t experience fog or crash later in the day. It’s been a benefit to me thus far!

This supplement helps me get some of my energy back. I have been really sick lately and it feels good to start feeling a little more energy. Three capsules are easy to swallow. I like that they are refrigerated after opening, ensures freshness.
