Bought this as a spare power bank as my daughter kept using mine and not charging. Anyway this doesn’t tell you if it needs charging or not until you plug into your phone to see if it charges. There are three tiny dots on it that seems to lit all the time even when not in use so it seems like it’s using up battery. Used a couple of times but doesn’t seem to charge long. No cable to charge - has a cable connected but not a usb end so it’s weird

This item arrived in parts it looked like i needed to assemble it with the wires and switchboard thingy but there were no instructions. And it was sooo light, had no substance to it, like a school project ,needless to say i returned it.

This is not a 20000mAH product, it is a cheap plastic case with no batteries in. How it is advertised as 20000mAH is beyond me, the capacity would depend on which batteries you bought yourself and fitted.

There ain't no battery inside so how am I ment to charge it and it's damaged I received it and I've had to put it together not happy at all

It is just a plastic case with nothing inside. Trash
