Very good quality... No regrets, I would recommend this product...
I rate this product 5 stars based on the quality versus the price. I bought it to mount on my Ruger Mark IV 22/45. If I were planning to use that pistol for anything other than just having fun I would probably go with something of a higher quality. But let’s face, this pistol/sight combination is never going to be used during any special operations missions, or at least not by me. (Or will it???) So dropping $25 whole dollars was just perfect.Looking at it and through it, holding it in one’s hands, it does not feel like a $25 optic. On the contrary, nothing feels “cheap” about it. I cheated a little and used a boresight Laser at 25 yards to help sight it in. At the range I got pretty fantastic accuracy out of it on the first shot. Because I read other reviews before making my purchase I was not surprised when the accuracy wandered off by about an inch to two when selecting a reticle pattern other than the one I zeroed it at. Not enough that it is a big deal, but it did change. Again, this is for range fun not for extreme precision. It did return to the zero point when I went back to the original pattern. My recommendation is, pick a pattern you prefer, zero it with that pattern and stick with it. Good value for he money.I put 500 LR rounds through the pistol with this sight in place and other than when I changed patterns it remained true.

Looks good so far. Will update with more pics and opinions after further testing. ***UPDATE***
Feels like quality. Have not shot any rounds with it yet, but I'll update once I do so. I plan on attaching this to a Remington 870 12 guage.***UPDATE***I successfully attached the sight to my shotgun and shot about a couple dozen rounds through it. Works great! It was easy to zero the sight with a chamber laser bore. I haven't had to readjust or re-zero it or anything. I highly recommend using loctite blue 242 for the screws when mounting it to the picatinny rail, just in case.***UPDATE #2***After about 100 rounds of target loads today, my sight finally broke. I won't take away stars because it couldn't withstand my shotgun's recoil, simply because this sight is probably more intended for smaller calibers, like a .22Don't buy this sight if you intend to use it for a shotgun

Good for the money, just know what you want to use it for
First things first, this is NOT a true holographic sight. It's a standard, parallax-corrected red-dot sight. None of these "holographic" sights are, except for the EOTechs and the Vortex Razor UH-1. Even the knockoff EOTechs aren't actually holographic.Second, there's no such thing as "parallax-free," so don't pass on this just because they didn't include a gimmicky marketing line in the description.Third, THE RETICLES NEED TO BE RE-ZEROED IF YOU CHANGE THEM. If you switch between reticles, they won't be in *exactly* the same spot, even if you switch back to the original one. You'll lose a few MOA of accuracy if you switch between reticles. Edit for clarification: the reticle turret rotates, so elevation isn't affected. Just windage by a few MOA. I've unscrewed the turret on mine so it can't be bumped in the field (it happened once). The reticles themseleves are excellent. Crisp, and well defined. Green is easier to see in broad daylight. At the highest green setting, it's easily visible unless you look straight at something extremely bright (like white reflecting full sun). There is some blurring/smearing to my eyes, but that's due to astigmatism. Everyone will have that issue to some extent. If you look at this through a rear peep sight or a pinhole, the reticle will be sharp. If its still smeared, then you may have an issue with the sight. There is a little bit of warp/halo effect due to the reflector optics. Those are passable, but not amazing. It's a cheap sight, after all. See the bit on parallax below. The optics are the one place I'm going to take off a star. If you watch parallax on a fixed point, the dot does wobble a bit. If you're using this to fire from strange angles with poor cheek weld, then you'll lose some accuracy. For fast acquisition and hitting steel at <100yds, this is a good sight. The height is set for absolute co-witness. Dot center is 36mm high from the top of the rail. If you have iron sights on your AR, they'll align in the center of the red-dot window. The infinite brightness adjustability is nice. The knobs and controls are all solid.Reticles are focused somewhere around infinity. They're easy to see downrange, and I can see them in focus through a 3x scope. You could probably use this with a flip-to-side magnifier, if it's at absolute co-witness height (36mm centerline).Edit after use: This thing is still good. Hunted for hog twice with it. Shooting in low light, it's a bit bright, even on the dimmest setting. The good news is that you can shoot with both eyes open with a little practice. That allows you to see a little more, and the infinity focus will still give you a sharp reticle in one eye.Durability is good. It's still holding zero, even down to 20F in the misting rain.Summary: this is a GOOD optic for the price. It's nice and bright, easy to use, and easy to see through. The optics are a passable, but not amazing. If you need long-range precision and minimal parallax error, get ready to shell out for a brand-name optic. I'm only taking a star off for optical quality, and I'll cut it some slack because this thing is SO dang inexpensive. If you need something quick, cheap, and durable, then this should work well. Just don't expect it to be precise unless you can use it with a good cheek weld/sight alignment.Edit: I've got a 3x magnifier tube on the way with a 36mm switch-to-side mount. Will update with results from that.

Best bang for your buck?
The media could not be loaded. There is a lot of the same model of this sight for sale. They are anywhere from $60 to $25.From what I have read on the reviews is that there are only small differences such as the power knob having clicks or no click and the tint and quality of the glass and the adhesive.I chose this one because it was cheap, prime, and UUQ makes some other products with good reviews. If you want to read up on parallax and sights, go here breachbangclear.com/parallax-free-isnt/This holo sight is parallax corrected. The vertical parallax is a bit worse than the horizontal and it has a bit more drift than a eotech @ 50 yards, but I would bet that this competes with $100 sights all day.Just two allen screws, one long that grabs threads from the opposite end and one short that anchors mid chassis. The quality and fit on the rail is not amazing, but I can't justify taking off a star for it.Mounted to a 7.62 ar platform, so I plan on beating it up and updating.I will take off a star if it doesn't hold zero at the range.**Forgot to say, you might want a riser for an AR if you have a flat top rail, although I don't have iron sights

Great for birds and insects in flight
I bought this to improve my success rate at photographing birds/insects in flight. Needed to buy a rail to mount it on the camera, but that was not an issue. The sight works very well and on my first day out I managed to photograph dragonflies in flight at a range of about 30 metres. There is a comment on here where someone set it on a tripod and used it at 3 metre range. They had poor results - I do not think that this is a good range for a device of this kind. I tried to use it on the cam at this range, and unless you take the vertical and horizontal offset from the sight and the lens into account, the accuracy will appear to be bad. You should try to estimate the offset on a camera for all ranges to improve accuracy. On a rifle or a handgun this would not be an issue since the sight is close to the barrel.I am very pleased with the visibility of all of the "spots" and did not have any problems with reflection or refraction. The option of using green or red is also very useful.Well built and a great price.

My go-to red dot. Works well on airsoft, sturdy, easy to protect, adjustments works, laser is aligned well.
Sight works well. Have two of them, one is mounted on a G&G Raider airsoft AEG and the other is on a Tavor Tar 21 AEG. I have used the sight several times already and it works well. The 4 reticle Open sight used to be my go-to red dot RioRand Tactical 4 Reticle Red Dot Open Reflex Sight with Weaver-Picatinny Rail Mount for 22mm ... I have 3 of them. But one was broken by a BB and so I was looking for something else. I thought I'd try this one. Turns out it is sturdier, more compact, less prone to being shot, and easier to protect than the 4 reticle open sight I had previously been using. Also, the adjustments on this sight work better than those on the 4 reticle Open Sight. The red dot is weak but the green dot is bright enough even on a bright day. Manufacturer should increase the brightness of the red dot. The different reticle options are good to have. Adjustment screws work as they should. The laser works and is aligned well. The rat tail switch also works. Not sure when I’ll use the laser but it’s kinda cool. RioRand Tactical 4 Reticle Red Dot Open Reflex Sight with Weaver-Picatinny Rail Mount for 22mm

For price, fantastic. Good for airsoft or hunting... In early evening or night.
Very good product for price, my only gripe is in sunlight the retical is very hard to see, haven't tuned it much for height yet. I can update if y'all need me to.

Great quality
Super easy to adjust, great visibility with both red and green + different dots. Battery lasts me the whole day. Great build quality. Would recommend.
