I bought these because I was taking blood thinners which make my periods brutal. I had to change my pad every hour and a half with other pads and was afraid to lay down for fear of a leak. With these, I could change them every 2 1/2 hours. They are as good as Always size 5 pads. I was disappointed when I first got these because they weren't as long as Always size 5 pads, but were as thick as Always size 5, but these are supposed to be maternity. Surprisingly though, they did a good job. I felt comfortable laying down sleeping. Thankfully I'm not on blood thinners anymore so my periods aren't as brutal.

Thick and no smells

These were perfect for post partum. I used them both right after delivery inside mesh undies and up to 2 weeks after for bleeding. No leakage and the wings stayed in place. Absorbed really well.
