Masterpieces1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle, Pittsburgh Skyline Panoramic, Fun for Adults, Family, Kids 13"x39

I put jig saw puzzles together on a regular basis. I've done about 30. This puzzle was unreal. The pieces are not good quality. The other part of my problem was pieces fit well with other pieces that don't actually go together! What a mess. I won't buy anything else from this company. Waste of money.

The die they used to cut this puzzle was very dull and didn't go all the way through. Hence there was scraps of ripped paper on all the pieces making it very hard to put the pieces together. I called the manufacturer and sent them pictures of the problem and they said they would be happy to send me another copy of the puzzle but can't do it based on my email and photos of the pieces and box. They wanted me to send the actual box upc and write a letter about my complaint. I guess to discourage me which it did and I just through it all away.

I was excited when I saw the great panaroma puzzles available by this manufacturer. The price was in line with other quality puzzle manufacturers. However, the quality left much to be desired. The pieces did not snap together well. I have purchases a number of puzzles, some from dollar stores, which fit together better than this brand's pieces.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this puzzle. The pieces are poorly cut and don't fit well as others have said. There are extra edge pieces which means someone is missing them in their puzzle. We are still working on the puzzle so I don't know if there are any missing from this one. Would not buy this brand again even though some in the past were cut ok.We finished the puzzle and there weren't any missing pieces. It was very challenging and the image is great but the poor quality of the pieces doesn't allow the puzzle to be really flat and smooth.

The puzzle is poorly cut, which you will notice as soon as you open the box (should you choose to purchase after reading this review). Inside the box, you will find tons of gritty saw dust that is really unpleasant to handle and is all over the pieces, which seem to be cut without precision such that many pieces feel like they may fit together when they do not. The quality just isn't there and part of that may be the fact that it is a photo so the image isn't as clear as a typical puzzle. Loved the idea, but not the execution!

I enjoy doing puzzles quite a bit. This was definitely a challenging one. Took me longer than these types usually do. The image is absolutely beautiful. When I was finished and posted a picture on Facebook, people loved the image. The pieces were nice and heavy, so didn't scatter easily. Sometimes they seemed to be a tough fit, but it stayed together solidly. Only complaint is when I finished I was missing one piece. Master Pieces guarantees them - I could have sent the UPC to them for a new puzzle. They are all cut differently so I couldn't count on just finding that piece - I would have had to do the puzzle again. I have done 3 Master Pieces puzzles so far and this is the only one that happened with.

The worst: I bought this "like new" from Amazon Warehouse. When it arrived, the puzzle box lid was loose and off of the bottom and puzzle pieces were loose in the shipping box. Some had slipped under the bottom flaps of the shipping box too. I retrieved all the pieces I found, and saved the shipping box until I was done with the puzzle in case there were pieces I overlooked. As it turns out, one piece was missing. It very likely found its way out during shipping.The bad: Sometimes puzzle pieces seem to fit but are wrong, which you hopefully discover eventually. In some cases, the cardboard on the knobs of the puzzle pieces was separating.The good: It's a beautiful picture of Baltimore. This puzzle was very challenging.

Not done the puzzle yet but really looking forward to doing it. The picture/ photo is anazing

Bought for my sister after her visit to Vegas. Superb quality and made her smile for a change.

Great picture, very challenging, cut on pieces was very good. Glued and framed and looks fab.
