Why did I put this off for so long?
This was super cute, good disability rep, consent was everything and it was pretty funny. I needed this after a couple of dark romances but I'm kicking myself for not picking this up sooner.

it is brillant
I was blown away by how much research has gone into this book, I loved it. I loved how nothing stopped Frankie she is so kind, and she doesn't take any crap from anyone her friends are funny too but jay is a sweetheart who clearly is dealing with some past heartbreak, I also loved his boyish charm especially when it came to his dinosaurs. Frankie and Jay make the perfect couple, I just didn't want it to end. I am however very much looking forward to the next book.

4.5 ✨
What a refreshing change to read about a disabled character and learn things but at the same time just enjoy their ride! It highlighted some struggles, ableist language but that wasn’t the focus. I loved it and Jay was such a simp for his rainbow girl. Definitely recommend.

Not as good as I'd hoped, but ok
I really wanted to like this more than I did, good representation of disabilities across the friendship group, the fmc having a disability that needed consideration from the mmc without it being the focal point for the inevitable conflict. All good.Where is fell down a bit was the dialogue, it was clunky and didn't read like how people talk to each other. I felt like it was a lecture of a Ted talk a lot of the time.It did pick-up in the latter part of the book, although the conflict was weirdly brief, that said the whole book is quite short.A solid 2.5 bumped up to a 3 rather than downgraded to a 2

Frankie is a Queen
What a woman Frankie is! Determined, clever, sexy and such a good friend I kind of wish she was mine! And Jay is hot yet so vulnerable and he masks his vulnerability in his boyish charms but get them together and the chemistry and the pure love is undeniable.Frankie takes no cr*p. Nothing gets in her way especially not her disability. Yes this is a book about a girl in a wheelchair but it doesn’t take over the story. Frankie’s determination does. I bloody love her!!Pick this up! It’s hot, it’s different it will make you smile, it’ll make you think. It’ll make you want to pour a glass of wine with your girlfriends and laugh the night away!

An Entertaining Read
Such a great story. Definitely not just a romance by a great lesson in accessibility and ableism. Oh, and a great romance, too.

Okay
I really liked the characters of this story, especially Frankie but I just felt like it was lacking a little more context. This is what I'd call all spice but no rice like the story was super steamy but there wasn't much in the way of a storyline
