These headphones offer great sound and a great design. I purchased these Bluetooth headphones for my wife who loves my Bluetooth headphones, but wanted a pair to use when I take mine to work. During the day she homeschools my son and does a lot of work around the home and these headphones will be perfect for her. Of course I have to try them out first because I am just like that.I had zero issues with Bluetooth connectivity with these headphones. They connected quickly and easily. I placed my phone in a central location and was able to go almost everywhere on the same level in my home. I did experience some sketchy connection when I had my phone downstairs and went upstairs on the other side of my brick chimney, but I'm not complaining great range and clarity throughout most of my home.The sound quality of these headphones is really good for music. I was able to get strong bass, and ultra clear highs. The sound was crisp, and offered a very impressive depth. The call functionality was great too, I usually don't like using headphones for that because I feel like I have to be louder than necessary but with these I did not get that feeling.Another cool feature of these headphones is that the buds have magnetic backs. This allows you to stick them together kind of like a necklace when not in your ears. This will be perfect for my wife, because if they didn't they very well may end up in the laundry or the sink or just about anywhere while she's doing house work.The headphones come in an attractive box that includes a bunch of perks including a nice pouch to hold the headphones, three different sizes of rubber cushions for the part that goes into your ear, three extra pieces that fit the part that rests against the exterior of your ear, and a USB cable for charging.These are very comfortable headphones that sound great, and come at a bargain compared to some of the more expensive models. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update: Excellent customer service. The company reached out to me and sent me a new pair (see pervious review below). I am not having anymore issues and am very happy with them.First review: I like these except that they don't stay in my ears. I have tried the different sizes rubber tips and wings included, but still they fall out. The rubber ear buds have even come detached from the main product inside my ear, and I have had to dig them out. I tried contacting the Tiergrade company for assistance, but they did not respond. There are almost no instructions included with these, and I actually had to do a google search to get them set up with my device. The blue tooth aspect of this product works just fine, and as this is my first pair of wireless ear phones, I love this technology.

So let me start by saying that I wasn't expecting much for 10 dollars but man these have exceeded my expectations.Quality in the material is pretty good doesn't feel cheap like other earbuds in this price range.Sound is alright, it sounds like the aim for these were for more bass listening people, everything is a little muffled but since I am using these to run in I am not bothered by this. After adjusting the EQ on my phone these are perfectly fine.... These buds are in no means the worst earbuds I've listened too.Mic no issues here, the person on the other end hears me perfectly fine and they are clear to me as wellEar fitment, I consider myself to have big ears and I still had to use the smallest pads to make these comfortable to me.Overall, I am very impressed; I love these as a thrasher set of earbuds that happen to be very inexpensive. If these can last the 5-6 months its more than worth the price. We will see....Side note bought these on sale for 9.99 if that price ever changes it may or maybe not be worth it... I wouldn't pay more than 20 for these.

These are great wireless earbuds for the price. I have a pair that I paid twice as much for and these sound almost as crisp. What I like most about these is that there is no annoying battery pack or collar around the neck. They are much better for walking/running than the more expensive and more cumbersome ones. The trade-off is length of charge. These have held a charge for 4 hours or more for me, which is plenty. They charge back up within 30 min. so I'm never down for long!

These are great earbuds! I don't typically like the way earbuds fit/feel in my ear, but these are great. They stay in place really well. They're very easy to sync and get started using, also. The sound is also very good quality. The charge lasts for a really long time. My husband likes to use them when he's mowing so that he doesn't have a wire from his head to his phone. Now, I've only had these for a week so I can't say how long they last, but they feel like good quality and like they'll last for a while! I also really liked that they came in a nice little pouch to keep them in.

Awesome product! I have so many headsets and these, along with my Bose Noise Canceling headphones, are the best. They stay connected to Bluetooth, and I have left the confines on the office, traveled down through the elevator one floor, and in to the ladies restroom....and the damn things stay connected with no need to reconnect when I get back to my MacBook Air. My Bose headphones were almost $400.00 to give you an idea of the quality.

I have only had for 2 months, use only 4 days a week and already will not charge. Very disappointed.--I have received new headphones from Tiergrade, prompt customer service, fast shipping on new headphones. I was kept in contact of what the process was to get my new headphones. Definitely have redeemed to a 5 star rating and would 100% recommend these headphones. Great product followed by great customer service. Thank you Tiergrade staff..

I use these earbuds connected to my iMac at home (via Bluetooth) and they have been working great. Good sound quality and reasonable battery life. Very comfortable to wear in my ears. Easily charged using a standard micro USB-A charging cable.
