Wanted this light to edge light an acrylic sign that is about 8" X 10". Works perfectly and has a low power draw as it was powered by my battery pack as seen in the photo, stayed on for almost 48 hours before recharging.

My wife really likes using these for our indoor plants.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this light so that I can see all of the settings on my keyboard piano. It has 3M tape on it so I simply stuck it to the bottom of the keyboard on top. What’s really nice is that I simply plugged the usb into the back of my keyboard and the light automatically comes on when I turn my keyboard on. Once you turn the switch on for the light it will automatically stay on. The description says that the power cord is 20” long. WRONG…. It’s no where near 20” long! “Maybe” 14”. I was fortunate enough to already have a usb extension to plug into it. The light is plenty bright! However, just be prepared to have a USB extension cord available if you need the cord to be longer than 14 inches.

I use it to light up a small desk that doesn’t have enough room for a lamp (I attached it under the monitor), however I wish the cord was longer. I had to use an extension cord when 5 more inches of light cord would’ve made that unnecessary. The Amazon product review page asked me to rate the motion detection feature, but I don’t think this product has that option.

See, I have this spoiled cat that won't poop in the dark so her litter box has to be near a night light. However, her poop is also so potent that I will wake up in the middle of the night choking. 💀 I absolutely HAD to get a litter box enclosure, which would require a whole new lighting solution.This LED light, along with a USB extension cable, fit the bill. I used command strips and leftover cable raceways to secure the switch and wires, leaving little for my cat to play with.The LED light has been on constantly for 5 days now (until the video) and is completely cool to the touch. The light is so strong that it radiates through any openings. After using the litter box, my cat has to sit in the doorway of the enclosure to allow her eyes to once again adjust to the natural darkness of the room. (Honestly, I did too after taking the video. It's almost blinding!)The on/off switch has a nice tactile feel and audible soft click to it. The cord does seem a little on the shorter side, but I knew I would need an extension cable regardless of the USB lamp I purchased.Only way this light could be better is if it was dimmable. It's much brighter than I needed, but I don't regret this purchase at all!Update April 2nd: I touch the light twice a week to test how cool it is. After 3 weeks of being on 24/7 it started to feel warm (not hot, just no longer cool to the touch), so I turned it off for a few hours just to be safe. My cat and I definitely love this LED bar!

Received quickly, great source of light behind the TV and easy to install.

Very Nice LED strip. Works well very bright. I use it for my 3D printer. Wire very short.
