Their was a problem with received unit but the response was quick and very helpful. The performance is great and the unit is also performing as expected. Great product and great customer service.

Windows not working
Waste product window not working and still no body came for return amazon not taking return really very shameful this type of product and service

Product worked well first few times. Later stopped. Amazon refused the return. However when I contacted the vendor the readily arranged a pick up and fixed the problem. Good customer service from the vendor.

Good refurbished PC.
I got a good refurbished pc. Its does the basic works efficiently and it's fast. I was sceptical about the mixed reviews about the pc but mine was good and running excellent. Only con i found was Ms office provided was a trial version not full version.
