Well, I am keeping this replacement.(Hoping to get a better experience in the replacement product.)The story remain the very same.Black dull image of yourself what you will see.But, there is another side of the storyThe image on the recievers end is totally different, its bright and colourful and totally opposite to what as you see yourself in a call/meeting.Tried it twiceWith my phone and also with another laptop over Google meet and hangout.Though the quantity is no where close to my dell and hp laptop inbuilt webcam.But is acceptable for what I paid. 497, and not a penny more it deserves. Winding up with 3⭐ rating, just because of the price I paid.

I bought this product as a bare minimum necessity for my webcam needs, two big problems with the product regardless of the price point,1) Even with mid to okay lighting conditions (outdoor daylight plus a lightbar on my face) image quality is very very poor, its very noisy and takes a long time to adjust its color balance2) It claims its a 1080p 30fps camera but no it is not, I performed tests with hardware checks and the reported fps is actually 13... 13 fps, both at 1080p and 720p. The only resolution it can remotely do close to 30 fps on is 640X480p mode in a 4:3 aspect ratio, where it becomes horribly pixelated and blurry.I would still be okay with 720p 30fps at this price point but with no control over the camera, no exposure settings, no focus settings and no change in picture quality whether I point it an outdoor daylight area or an indoor dark area, would not recommend unless severely necessary and you want to spend as little as possible to meet the bare minimum requirement of "technically" being a webcam.

The picture quality is decent even in low light. However, the biggest disappointment was the awful inbuilt microphone. I had bought this for my son's school classes. But the teachers could not hear him at all. The sound feels like it comes from far away how much ever you hold it close to your mouth. I tested the same for office work as well to check if there was anything wrong with the receiver's earphones.. but still the same.

Not too good picture quality and not fullfill your expectations.In cheap rate overall right.

It is definitely not HD video. much less Full HD1080p. But it has no noticeable lag, the audio is transmitted clearly and it requires very little setup.Good enough for my use.

Surprisingly tukzer site doesn't recognize this model of camera. Also there is no driver for this camera so no hardware control.After seeing the ratings, I decided to buy the product, but to my utter surprise, the picture quality is very bad. The definition is 1080 p but megapixel is 2 mp. My 720p camera delivers better quality than this.Brightness is very low. Windows recognizes this cam as general cam. If you increase the brightness via software (zoom, gmeet etc) the pic becomes grainy.Since it is non returnable do not get stuck in a bad product. Better go for some other cam. Not recommended.

poor quality product. stopped working within one month. I had connected it to my mac mini and initially it worked fine then stopped all of a sudden. Product was returned at my own expense to the seller and the seller sent another one which as of now is working. I have changed the star rating to three as the product was replaced by the seller.

aI received the parcel one week ago, everything was looking good, well packed...I plugged the camera for my first call, but the sound from the micro is sooo muffled that no one can hear me,The video quality is good, nothing extraordinary, but good for work calls in normal light.I thought that the camera angle could be oriented, but it is actually very limited, mostly due to th lens cap, which is block the articulation.This product could have been much better with only few adjustement ... i am not satisfied, but it didn't cost me much as well ...
