9 Pieces Middle Size Silicon Number Cake Moulds Silicone Cake Mold (6 inch)

The first time I used these I made the #50 cake. For reference, I used half the mix of a full cake in each mold as if I was making a 2 layer cake. I baked on 350 Fahrenheit as I normally would for 25 minutes. I used Baker’s Joy to coat the molds before baking & I put them on a large cookie sheet before placing them in the oven. The #5 broke a little when I removed it from cookie sheet after baking because the molds are malleable. I was able to cover it with icing. The cake itself was extremely thick & dry tasting.The second time I used these I made the #47 cake. I repeated the steps above except, I lowered the temperature to 300 & baked them for 30 minutes. I cut each number in half and added icing in between the two layers. The end result was that they were sort of lopsided. I also didn’t love the taste. I find that silicone molds make the cake have a weird texture & taste.I’ll be trying these for a 3rd time (#50) in a few days. This time I plan to use 1/4 of the mix in each mold twice. This will create two exact layers of each number in stead of me cutting the number once it’s done. Fingers crossed that it will come out ok. The first 2 cake orders were for friends & family, so I was able to taste the final product. This next one is for an unrelated customer so hopefully the end result is much better.

Used them for my daughter's 13th birthday. I didn't want a big cake. Perfect size for a cake and used extra batter for cupcakes.

Quick shipping, however, the numbers are just a smidge smaller than I had imagined, as I have one or two other numbers I purchased in the past. Really doesn’t matter because I’ve got all the numbers in the new set but just a heads up pending on how many folks you’re looking to feed. Appears to be good quality no complaints.

J’ai acheté ces moules pour faire des gâteaux d’anniversaire. Ils sont arrivés en parfait état. Je les ai déjà essayé deux fois, deux fois les chiffres sont réussi. Si le moule est bien beurré, aucun problème de démoulage! Je recommande vivement!

4 inch might be small but I found this is a good portion for children

Habe lange überlegt welche zu kaufen. Die Originalen waren mir einfach zu teuer.Sind etwas wabbeliger. Funktionieren aber trotzdem ganz gut.Max 2/3 voll machen und am besten beim Nacken ein Gefäß ranstellen, dann beult sich der Kuchen nicht so.Sind auch etwas kleiner als das Original, finde ich persönlich aber schöner.

It was a lot easier than I thought to use these. It’s the first time I used silicon, so was a little apprehensive.However, with needing two numbers, I made a ten egg mix and split between the two. I would recommend using a large dessert spoon to put into the numbers. I put them onto metal baking trays, since some reviews said the numbers lost their shape, checked they were ‘in shape’ before putting in the oven. They came up well…now just need to try and decorate 🤦🏼‍♀️
