Bamboo Stick for Walking, Balance, Strength Training, Stretching & Added Mobility

I wanted a walking staff that allowed me to take more than a step at a time like a cane does. This is a great walking staff. My right knee has arthritis in it and this staff helps me to balance and takes enough of my weight that my strides are smooth and pretty painless. I have plans to customize it some with feathers, beads and maybe some carving to it. But for a basic walking staff, it's excellent. It's even the right height for me.

Your order even comes with a pamphlet showing you how to do stretches you never knew you needed! I use this things everyday now, will be getting one for my mom too!

I don’t know what “Jonjon” is talking about, but the order didn’t come with any instructions on stretches. It just came with the stick. That leaves me a bit disappointed. But it is exactly as the description, bamboo stick

I use this on the balance ball and during palates and stretching they are good for so many different exercises

These are very sturdy. Waiting for longer lengths.
