Bullet coffee. It does wonders for morning coffee.

I've started collagen supplements within the last year, and started with You Theory's Costco size bottle. I couldn't take down all 6 tablets at once, and only did half-doses daily. I switched to NeoCell Super Collagen Powder Type 1 & 3 because they were on sale one day, but I ran out. I liked the powder version, so I started searching for a new powder to replace mine.I decided to try Aspen Naturals, as it was the best value for my money, and it came in a powdered form from U.S. cows. I usually mix it in my coffee with a battery-powered frothing stick (the $1.50 ones from IKEA), and it blends quickly and smoothly into my coffee, adding 11 grams of protein, and making my skin noticeably more elastic by the end of the day. I love coffee, but as a diuretic, it can be really dehydrating to my skin. I also have to mention that I have heard that taking vitamin C with collagen would enhance its absorption into your body. I have been adding vitamin C-ester into my morning routine as well, and that could also be affecting my results with this product. However, I have also taken vitamin C-ester supplements along with the two previous collagen brands I have tried, with less noticeable (but still noticeable) results.I'm very happy with this product. My only complaints about the product has to do with its packaging. As the powder is very fine, the "dust" has settled into the zipper closure, and it no longer closes, so I must clip the bag closed. I do have some old empty protein powder containers laying around, but I'm afraid of losing any product in a dust storm, should I try to transfer it into the new jar. If I may suggest to the company, I have seen a company called Bodylogix use pressed recycled paper/sugarcane/wheat or bullrush fibers formed into a jar w/ a screwtop. (Looks just like other protein powder jars.) Inside, there is a bag that is held open at the opening of the jar. You get your powder, you preserve its integrity, you use less plastic, and use renewable resources.

Use everyday in my coffee

I haven’t tried it yet. Because I had too look up how much to use. It wasn’t on the bag. It says one serving is three scoops and then doesn’t provide a scoop or tell you how much a scoop is. I didn’t have to return back to the product page just to know how much to use.

Fast delivering wonderful product

New to the use and benefits of collagen, a week in, and I'm more than impressed. I bought this because, due to childbirth and hormones, my hair is thinning. I've taken every supplement and tried every "trick" you can think of, little to no results. I have not seen results in that aspect as of yet, even though that was my reason for purchase, but I know that will take time. However, as someone with two herniated discs and severe sciatica in the lower lumbar region, I have to recommend a collagen supplement, because this is the first time in 11 years that I've had any relief. Obviously I know it's not a cure, and I intend to have surgery when time allows, but for now, this keeps the discomfort away. I've been through countless physical therapy sessions, taken too many over the counter meds, prescription meds, and supplements to count; topicals, used different support braces, all in hopes of some relief. Nothing. I'm a week into using this, once a day, and I can bend over without pain. I can walk, sit, sleep, exercise, play with my kids, hold them, pick them up....without pain. I didn't buy this for the relief, but it has given it to me. May not do anything for others, but for me, it has given me my life back. I cleaned my house yesterday, without pain. No tears. Didn't take me all day, I wasn't hobbling around,swearing in pain. If my hair starts to get thicker, ok cool, but what this has done for me far surpasses my intentions. And that is, again, just once a day for a week. Thankful for the benefits this has provided, and would almost insist to anyone wanting to try it, to take the chance. Maybe it will help you as much as it has me.I would also like to add this: clumps in my coffee, but after a stir or 2, they dissolve. With a cold beverage, I put it all in my shaker cup, and have no issues. Sometimes I have to shake, let it settle, then shake again, but it all dissolves. Hope that helps!
