HORI Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) Screen Protective Filter for Nintendo Switch OLED - Officially Licensed by Nintendo - Nintendo Switch (Nintendo Switch)

I purchased this screen protector directly from nintendo as it was cheaper.In short, you should only need to buy this protector, if you are like me who removed the "stock screen protector" that came pre-applied to the nintendo switch oled.(Note the stock screen protector and this one isn't your usual glass screen protector. It's meant to just keep the glass shards of the screen from scattering if it falls)The screen protector itself might seem a bit complicated at first because of all the stickers that come with it to show how to apply it. However, it is really quite intuitive.Firstly, take the (1) sticker off which will reveal a some sticky section. That sticky section needs to be applied to the screen because it allows you to line up the protector to the actual screen and "keep it in place".Once the screen protector is lined up, just take take off stickers 2 and 3 which actually "glues" the screen protector to the main screen.Step 4 just takes off the protective sleeve that comes with the screen protector.Honestly, this the first screen protector I've seen that is proper edge to edge.Once you apply this screen protector, you are then advised to apply a glass based screen protector that actually protects the screen.

Installing the protector is honestly child's play after watching the supplementary video by HORI themselves on YouTube, but the quality of the protector itself is questionable. After installing it I quickly noticed small scratches on the screen protector 2 mins after installing it. They're not particularly noticeable unless I really pay attention to them, but it's still rather disappointing considering you can get tempered glass, high-quality screen protectors in a 3-pack for cheaper than this single screen protector.
