Great for kids, but isn't without issues
I bought this for my 5 year old for Christmas bc she wanted a locket. It is nice for her since she's not ready for a real locket just yet. It does have some weight to it and has a nice long chain. **However, the magnets are not strong enough to keep it closed, so it frequently opens while she's wearing it because it doesn't quite close all the way anyway (see pic). But good enough for her to wear as she will probably lose it soon enough. At $12, I cannot complain.

Perfect
Purchased two of these to gift to a 2 and 3 year old who love lockets, necklaces, sunflowers, and "you are NY sunshine". They arrived beautifully packaged, with a box, cleaning cloth, card, and a little note. The chain and locket seem sturdy, and they look nice. I am very happy with this purchase so far.They have not been worn yet, so I will update on their suitability for the age once that happens. They are planning on being for church use only until they are older.

Very pretty.
I love sunflowers. The heart locket has a lovely etching of sunflowers on it. But the locket is about an inch by an inch and a quarter which is a little large for little girls although the chain is short enough for 4-6 year olds. On a longer chain, it makes a lovely pendant. I'm going to have to order a longer chain to wear it. The gold finish is beautiful. Included was a polishing cloth, but there wasn't any tarnish so no need for polishing. With the heart being as large as it is, you can see the faces of whomever you put in the locket.
