My kids love this thing, but it doesn't seem new.
My apple came with no packaging just inside a regular empty box. When it came, it already had chips around the edges. I'm keeping it though because they really like this style of toy. Seller is kinda fishy though.

Perfect for car/travel
My 18m old loves this toy. Although she hasn’t mastered it yet, she does love to play with it. We have it in our car because it is perfect screen free entertainment in the car seat!
