Product Description Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reteam with Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster for the ultimate chapter of the franchise built on speed! From big rig heists to precision tunnel crawls, Fast & Furious takes you back into the high-octane world to race through crowded city streets and across international lines! .com Fast & Furious is high octane torque-er porn that puts the franchise back on course after drifting in Tokyo. With the original cast once again in the driver's seat, we are good to go with a this-time-it's-personal plot and spectacular race and chase set-pieces that exceed the promise of the stripped-down title, beginning with an awesome highway hijacking of an oil truck led by former street racer Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel, at his glowering and gravel-voiced best). Dom is a fugitive in the Dominican Republic, but after a devastating personal loss, he is driven by revenge to return to Los Angeles to bring down an elusive drug smuggler. He is reunited with Brian O'Connor (Paul Walker), the undercover FBI agent who let him go eight years earlier. Brian, also on the case, must come to terms with Dom and make amends with Dom's sister (Jordana Brewster), whom he betrayed in his original pursuit of Dom. Fast & Furious is just the ticket for putting your mind on cruise control. From a see-what-you've-got racing challenge through the streets of L.A. to the illicit kicks of the street-racing subculture (this is extreme PG-13), there is nothing cheap about these thrills. A record-shattering opening weekend at the box office could mean faster and more furious action to come, but if this is the franchise's last time around the block, it goes out a winner. --Donald Liebenson Stills from Fast & Furious (Click for larger image) Click to learn more about the BD-Live Experience

disappointed
vin diesel needs to learn how to act - all of these are over rated -vin plays the type of character in every movie he ever made, he has no skill as an actor, same character over and over in every movie whether it the FF series or the other movies

Good
Dom finds Letty alive. Tries to track her down and find out what happened to her. More driving fast with some action.

One of my favorite series of movies.
I was happy to be able to find it, because I hadn't seen this one yet, & I usually can find a lot of movies/shows that you can't get in other networks.

"Just Like Old Times" is the correct word.
It was really wonderful to see the original actors back in their rolls I disagree with some who will argue that "the cars are the real stars" not if you don't have good actors or lack for a better word the orginal actors reprising their rolls to go with the "Star cars."To start off we see that Dom and Letty made it to Mexico, only to run from the law again and end up in the Dominigan Republic pulling the same heist except this time it's gasoline, the law is closing in on them again and Letty is murdered by a ruthless drug lord named "Braga".The little problem I had with some of the plots is what ever happened to Dom's original crew ??? Leon, Vince, and Jesse [which everyone knows that Jesse died in the first film in a drive by shoot out by Dom's rival Johnny Tran.] it was never explained in the film of what became of the other two or why Justin Lin didn't decide to bring back Johnny Strong and Matt Schulze. Then we see Brian O'Connor [the Buster gearhead undercover cop turned rogue now an FBI agent] on the trail for the same man.The film get's even more interesting when Dom and Brian cross each others paths once again, but this time the reunion isn't so subtle like in the first film.Mia is back and the moment she is taken into custody guess who comes to save her ? you guessed it her ex-lover Brian. I could go on and on about the plots and twist but the bottom line is this.., it is great to see the original cast again reprising their rolls all matured and seasoned drivers had Justin Lin bothered to do his homework instead of rushing off to do "Tokyo Drift" with an entirely new cast he probably would've come out as a winner, but all and allthis lastest intallment was not perfect but it was alright in my book that is why I gave it four stars.

Got out of the ground
I have not been happy with this set of blu-ray disc's I have had to send two packs of these because the first one only 2 out of 6 disc's worked. The next had 5 discs and none worked at all. This was the first in the first and it worked. It is very fast and goes like very fast. The acting is not that great at times but it is the Fast and Furious. It doe's not waste any time and off it goes.

Diesel adds fuel to F&F!!!
One for the collection this. I am actually a fan of the franchise and have enjoyed what the series has offered. Not so hung up on the third installment but this fourth version has amended for it. Never in the running for any oscar nominations this movie was only going to do what it said on the box and offer up a colourful and entertaining thrills & spills rollercoaster ride. The return of the original cast was a bonus as we get to see whats been happening since the first movie. From this they've managed some semblence of a plot no matter how thin and cliched it is but what else are you supposed to expect. We're watching F&F for the cars and the action scenes and not much else. For this is where the movie gets it stars in my eyes. Plenty of action as Diesel & Walker rekindle there streetracing rivalry. They keep the pace of the flick moving along which is enough to keep me in my seat and reaching for the popcorn. I enjoyed the movie as an escape, put it on and turn off my brain for about 2hours and watch fast things go fast. Completes the collection as well.

Fan of All The F&F movies.
I am a fan of all of the films and it is always pleasure be able to purchase at a reasonable price a DVD for home use after watching such movie at the cinema. I have all 6 of them and cannot wait for the next one. I am grateful to have been able to purchase such an amazing movie, especially in memory of Paul Walker. I noticed some DVDs of F&F prices went up due to his passing on. I was slightly disappointed as I feel this shows disrespect to the Actor, his family and friends, unless the extra money goes towards his family. I highly respect any seller who have kept their prices the same since Paul Walkers passing.God Bless to Paul Walker and all his family, friends and colleagues.
