I've been taking one capsule a day for about two weeks. Normally that's the amount of time in which I start to see greys and thinking I need to touch up my color. I haven't had to do that yet, which is a pretty miraculous result in just two weeks (and with half the recommended dose).

Purchased this item to try for hair. My hair dresser recommended it. I have not been taking it long enough to see results. Will review again after 3 months. But I do like that I am taking less pills. It is only 2 a day verses most others at 3 or 4 a day.

It takes a couple of months but your hair will grow with this for sure.

I bought this on a recommendation by a friend because my gray hair was out of control. I usually have to get it colored at least once a month if not sooner. I have been taking this for over a month now and not only is my gray hair under control, it is going on six weeks since my last trip! That isn't the only thing that is improving...my libido is in a word on the rise again! this herb helped me to keep the color in my hair when i began to go grey long ago. it also is an important herb for many other things. if i had kept taking it all along my hair might not be as gray as it is now. i took it for years as the tiny round black pills from chinese pharmacies, and it is likely one of the things that helped me today look and function at least 20 years below my actual age. you may not see a difference taking it but if you keep taking it in time there may e a difference that is a big deal.

this is an excellent product the properties of he shou wu are incredible. I have been taking this for a month and I see the results in two weeks time. I do recommend it to any one who is having hair problems, like loosing hair, gray hair, in addition it actually makes you feel better in general.
