AS-IT-IS ATOM Beginners Whey Protein Powder 1kg | 15g Protein per Serving

I've waited almost a year and doing research over whey proteins before finally buying from one of the best brands. Flavor: I ordered the Choco-Hazel-Fusion 500gm pack. See when you read chocolate there, its not the chocolate you've been having since your childhood. I would say its not completely chocolate but its good enough that one can drink it without need of any kind of sweeteners with just milk or water. Authentic? Yes check the product if its bubble-wrapped and it has a 3D hologram containing a QR code inside and a scratch code which as a whole can be used for Authentication of the product. After purchase you'll see the instruction to install Lets VeriFy app from playstore and scan the QR code then enter the code to confirm authectication. Preparing: Some of you might be upset that when mixed with water or milk, it gets some of the wet powder floating on the top, but keep in mind that this is protein powder and you'll need to stir it with spoon for like 1-2 complete minutes to get all that powder dissolved into the solvent(milk/water). Does it have a scoop for proper measurement: yes it does have a scoop for proper measurement of the protein powder. Why to go for this product: See, first of all it comes to budget and that means if you have a decent budget (₹1800-₹3000) then you should definitely go for Optimum Nutrition Gold Whey Protein Concentrate or just go for this 500gm pack coz its renowned company and sells lab tested products. Then, it comes to quality. ON (Optimum Nutrition) is a U.S. based company which serves this purpose well. We'll if you're not having a decent budget then go for this again coz its lab tested and has authentication test available for genuine product proof in this cruel world of fake products. Thanks for Reading this! hope it helps!

Well I tried it today can't say about any side effects but I would say its decent as it was easily mixable and also I went for their original mixer/shaker which was around 200 so didn't had any lums and if we talk about taste it was very light i can say it tasted just like water with chocolate hint unless u just use 100-200ml water i used 300ml and Protien powder in it self smell very nice but I don't why after mixing it in water u can smell chemicals or you can say taste chemicals I don't know if that's a bad thing but soon will try more brands then I will update this Update: i personally feel nakpro gold is better, i didnt had atom since this review so i don’t know if they improved recipe or not but i had many others including nakpro, and i would say nakpro didnt had any chemically taste ive tried 2 flavours and liked both also only mentioning nakpro because thats the only one i had in this price range others like GNC and ON were expensive and obviously better.

This Whey Protein is a decent budget-friendly option for people who are new to fitness and want to add protein to their daily diet. It contains a blend of whey protein concentrate and isolate, along with digestive enzymes to support digestion. However, the biggest drawback is its relatively low protein content of just 15 g per 37 g scoop, which is lower than many standard whey protein products. It can help support muscle recovey and growth when combined with proper training and nutrition, but it may not be the most cost-effective choice for experienced gym-goers who need higher protein intake. Overall, it's suitable for beginners, but I'd recommend comparing its protein content per rupee before purchasing.but u need to try once.

Pretty good... But it gave me acne so i stopped using it

The product just tastes awful and it's smell makes me feel like puking. Horrible experience and I suggest not to buy atom supplements ,instead big muscles is a better choice for beginners and its taste is also good.

As a beginner with the protein supplement.. it is good with taste and easy to digest without any workout. As I have used to have it while I am on bed rest.. I am not doing any physical activity. I feel its a good supplement for a beginner. Although I don't have much knowledge about the protein supplement.

Nice product

Good product.
