This kitchen timer with 3 separate countdown/count-up timers has been an absolute game-changer—literally! I originally bought it for cooking, and it works perfectly for that. I love being able to set different timers for various dishes, especially when I’m making a big meal with multiple components. It’s super easy to use, the buttons are responsive, and the display is clear and easy to read. The loud alarm is a lifesaver—no more burned food because I got distracted! But where this timer really helped me was on the sports field. I coach my daughter’s lacrosse team and started bringing it along to help with game management. I use one timer to track the total time elapsed during each half, and the other two to monitor how long individual players have been on the field before rotating subs. It is so much less stressful than trying to rely on my iPhone during a fast-paced game. The clip and magnet are convenient, and I just stick it on the clipboard for quick access. Honestly, I didn’t expect a “kitchen” timer to be this useful for sports, but here we are! Whether you're timing a roast or a roster, this little device gets the job done. It’s reliable, affordable, and surprisingly versatile. I’m tempted to buy a second one just so I don’t have to keep switching it back and forth between my kitchen drawer and my coaching bag. If you need a solid, multi-purpose timer, this one’s a winner.

This timer was exactly what I wanted for exercise. First, it remembers the amount of time for each timer. For example, if you want to reset the time for timer 1 to the same time interval you previously set, just press the button for timer 1 after the time has expired and your last time entry will appear. Second, once the time has been set for all timers, if you press the START button, all timers start at the same time. If you want just one timer to start, press its button twice and only that timer will start. There’s a volume button on the back of the timer so you can increase or decrease the volume. On my timer, you have to long press a button in order for the timer to recognize what you’ve done. This was a little frustrating at first, but it is easy to deal with once you get used to it. While there may a way to clear all timers at the same time, I was not able to do it. I had to clear each timer one at a time by pressing the button for that timer, and then long pressing the clear button. The on/off button does not turn the timer off. I suspect the timer turns off by itself automatically. You just need to push the button for four seconds to turn the timer on. The magnet on my timer was very weak, would not hold the timer in place. I felt the price was very fair for the number of features this time has.

This timer is so great, you can time 3 different events all at once. It’s easy to figure out and use. Two things I didn’t like… the magnet was really weak and would not hold itself up on my refrigerator. It just slid right down. I had a stronger magnet that I glued to the back and now it sticks just fine. Also, when this thing goes off it’s like the smoke alarm or something. You just want to run to make it stop. I don’t think that’s necessary. I’m not going to be sleeping when my timer goes off. At this point I’m trying to overlook the over the top alert because I love timing my meat, veggies and side dish all with one timer. I’m usually close enough to silence it right away.

This is an easy-to-use gadget with three independent timers. You could use it for anything that you like to set a timer for, such as tea or coffee or cooking, or how long to hold your breath. I use it to time my stretching exercises: I need three separate intervals that I don't want to keep setting, so I save one preset on each timer, and select the one I need for what I'm doing. Just to elaborate a little further: I select the timer button for the timer I want, click that timer button again to start the countdown, click the same button to stop the beeping, then click it a fourth time to bring up the preset again. I expect I could use multiple timers in parallel if I needed to do, but I don't have a use for that scenario. It's a pretty nice device for the purpose: I can recommend it if you need a mutliple timer gadget.

My 1990's West Bend triple timer got knocked onto the kitchen floor and finally bit the dust. I had tried several replacements which weren't satisfactory because they were too hard to set. This one works better than the old West Bend because you can view the current status of all three timers. Also, when you want to set something like a 45-minute time instead of pressing the minutes button 45 times, you can hold it down until you get close. The alarm is plenty loud. It uses AAA batteries instead of expensive coin cell batteries or short-lived 9-volt. if you replace the cheap ones provided with decent alkaline batteries, they will last months even if you don't turn it off.

Magnets on the back are useless, buttons are hard to press, it’s TINY! Very difficult to see as it’s dark on dark. I would return it, but it’s such a hassle to return such small items and the thousand papers I need to return with and print and then have to go order another one? I was looking for an easy to read, large size tomer. Not a baby sized piece of plastic.

UPDATE: The seller promptly provided a hassle-free refund of my purchase. Excellent customer service. Original review: I should have paid better attention to the negative reviews. On/off button does not work. Thought it might be the batteries but that was not the issue. However it does turn on when batteries are removed then returned. Hassle. Magnets do not work at all and this frustrates me the most. A button that doesn’t work could be an anomaly, but the cheap magnets are part of the design. This has to be the worst product I’ve found on Amazon. (But when you can finally turn it on by monkeying with the batteries…it does keep time)

Setting the timer for hours or minutes is very easy. Holding the Hr or Min button down advances the numbers quickly; did not have to increase numbers one by one. As another reviewer mentioned after setting the timer period, one needs to press Start/Stop button to start the operation. When the numbers don't change, I know I forgot to press Start/Stop. Also, turned off the loud beeps when setting the timer by pushing the black button on the back to Low; the alarm will still sound on low. I am so glad I replaced my old timer with this timer; I need it to remind me to prepare my dinner, take my medicines, or leave for my appointments. Updated to 5 stars - have discovered that starting the 3d timer may start the 1st & 2d timers. Pressing Timer1 button may stop 1 from running; pressing the Timer2 button will also stop Timer2. Four stars for the confusing Stop program. Update - Have discovered that pressing the timer button on top will start or stop the timer. Will press Start/Stop button as a last resort - usually pressing the timer button for the specific timing event will get it to start or stop. I love this timer every time I use it.

Exactly what I was looking for. If you are using the timer for 3 different things you have to make sure to press the button of the timer you want before hitting start/stop. And then double check that none of your other timers have been started or stopped. Every now and then I hit stop on one and all 3 stop. But as long as you're paying attention its fine.
