It works great for what my son wanted it for.

I put a new battery in, and took it to a friends house. She said she could not understand anything I said. It was very low at the highest level. It did not change my tone of voice at all. I bought this because a person I care for could not understand me. I thought it would lower the register of my voice so that he could. But since the friend who tested it with me has normal hearing and could not hear a change. I knew it would be useless to try on the man who has trouble with my "high" pitched voice. Waste of time and money!

Unfortunately there's only one voice, a robot voice. I use it when I answer the phone when I don't recognize the caller ID. I love it when telemarketers hang up on me. Someday I'll buy a better one with more voices.

I bought this for a ghostface cosplay for the new movie coming out. I knew it wouldn't make me sound like him, but it doesn't make me sound like anything. I put batteries in the thing and the second I turn it on it just sounds like a fire alarm going off and it doesn't stop until you turn it off.So it doesn't work for it's primary function, but at least its screen accurate to the movie.If you plan on trying to use it, save your money.

This is the second time buying this voice changer. It didn’t come in for the second time. If it doesn’t come in on the third I will give up. Keep it up and your going to lose your job.
