I try taking probiotics on a regular basis as they help me keep my gut healthy and control any infections that overgrowth of bad bacteria can cause such as UTI and yeast. Finding a good probiotic is always challenging but I’m glad I gave this one a try. Here is why I decided to try Dainova’s womens probiotic; hope this will help other women make a decision.First of all, this probiotic contains a good variety of strains including acidophilus and bifidus that are good for your gut. Secondly, it has lactobacilli that support vaginal health. Thirdly, it contains prebiotic which helps the “good” bacteria multiply. Fourthly, it’s high potency and contains 20 billion CFUs in each capsule which is great as the more good bacteria you get, the better it is for your vaginal and gut flora. The important part for me was that the capsules have a protective layer and protect the live organisms inside the capsules from the stomach acid meaning all 20 billion CFUc make it to the gut alive. (I did notice that sometimes brands put a note on the back of the bottle stating that the amount of CFUs indicated on the label is the amount that was present at the time of manufacture as they know that not all of the CFUs will survive. I hear that this is one of the reasons why some manufacturers pack more CFUs in each capsule or tell you to refrigerate the probiotic.) This one doesn’t require refrigeration which was also a big convenience factor for me.So Dainova’s probiotic for women checked all the boxes, and I’m very happy with it so far. I take 2 capsules a day as suggested and am seeing improvements in regularity and female issues. Great probiotic for women’s overall health and I recommend it.

I was looking for a probiotic (strong) that you could feel working at a reasonable price. Balance complex is a good one but a bit much for my income

This was bought for a yeast infection. It is just what I needed.

The smell and the size of the pill makes it hard to swallow.

My wife likes the probiotics being over 70 years old.

Really nice probiotics! The price is also great. I feel like it does help my vaginal flora. I’m going through menopause and I need all the help I can get. Also, I’ve always had a delicate balance with my ph and this really helps. And let’s don’t even talk about the gut. I have colitis and I’m either constipated or have diarrhea. TMI, I know. This has helped even that out. They are big capsules but that’s normal and they are easy enough to swallow without a bad taste. The best part, I don’t burp them up for hours after taking like I did some others I’ve tried. The only thing I’m not crazy about is take two. I take one in evening and one in morning. But maybe that’s the whole secret.

I've been battling resistant BV for many months and have needed to take alternative methods since I'm not getting help other places and the bacteria is resistant to everything. I'm making major progress with taking probiotic specifically for vaginal issues since you need a certain kind so I can reach to that area. I've been already taking ones from another brand and started taking these after so I have already been experiencing the effects and feel the same. I'm very sensitive and I can actually feel when these kick in because I can feel the bacteria sort of battling out (I'm really sensitive and I know that sounds strange lol). Anyway, because my symptoms have been so severe I am taking double the amounts and also taking oil of oregano and doing hydrogen peroxide douches as well as a little oil of oregano in there. I've made major progress. They seem just as good as the other expensive ones I was taking. I will never stop taking probiotics for vaginal care so I never end up in this spot again because I've never dealt with these kind of issues in my life. It has been the worst pain and nobody knew what was wrong with me because of so many things it was affecting like my nerves, my bladder, even my rear end. It was all connected and just major dysbiosis. Ack.. I recommend for any females struggling with issues.

This is a nice balanced probiotic for my system and it works well. My elimination is perfect once a day and the capsules slide down easily. The dose is 2 capsules a day so this bottle will last a month. A little pricey for just one month's worth and I'd like to see that price come down 3 or 4 dollars.Probiotics are one of the best things one can do for their system and I wouldn't be without them. I wish everyone would take them as it would make for a healthier world.
