I have a 2.5 year old boy who has the single most sensitive booty in the history of everything. The poor child will get a light booty rash the instant feces touches his skin, and that will become a rash that literally bleeds within 24 hours without instantaneous attention. I put on a different brand of booty paste (either Equate, Desitin, Boudreaux, or Parent’s Choice all work very very well!) every single time I change his diaper to prevent a booty rash. The TriDerma is what I put on the second his booty turns red until the day it’s 100% healed. I will also put the other on top of it, but this one goes on first. PLEASE be aware you need to RUB IN the TriDerma to get the best effect. It’s just like putting lotion on your legs or on your baby post-bath; you should run until it vanishes. I know when your child is in pain touching, especially rubbing, can make it hurt worse for a bit, but please rub it in at least a little to help your little one the most as fast as possible!!

I always used desitin when my daughter was a baby. This stuff is waaaaay better! My granddaughter had one little stubborn bump that wouldn't go away, bought one kind of cream one day, bought another kind the next day.... tried almost everything on the shelf at the store working our way thru trial of each one till this. It worked! I've cleared out all stores that carry it around me and was in a panic till I decided to look on Amazon.

I love this cream goes on smooth. I use it to keep from chafing. Not just for babies.

I swear by this stuff! At night it works the best for us. Frost her butt and by morning the redness was either gone or 80% gone, depending on how bad the rash was. During daylight hours I would mix it with aquaphor. To and Walmart didn't still carry it. It was $5 there.....
