Murder in California: Serial Killers and Unsolved Murders: The Topography of Evil: Notorious California Murder Sites (American Crime and Murder Series) Paperback – May 9, 2019

This book would come in handy if I had planned a trip to California and I wanted to see some locations of where various homicides were committed. The book is a collection of places, many with photographs, of where the remains were found. Included are a brief history of the crime and a summary of the case and whether or not the killer or killers were apprehended. I had expected a much more in-depth style of reporting though so may find this helpful. To be honest, I wanted more!

So I picked this book up in anticipation of reading about our local serial killers Wesley Shermintine & Loren Herzog the Speed Freak Killers. Popped open the box eager to dig into it and found that the pagers pertaining to these killers was completely missing!!! Super disappointing.

This book constrains a lot of personal opinion rather than fact.
