Sizes are waaaaayyyyyy too big
Sounds like a good jacket, but I wouldn't know because the sizes are 2 sizes larger than they are labelled. I originally ordered a large because I wear a large in every single other shirt, polo, and jacket. The large was actually a size 2XL, and I verified that with a buddy that is 6'5 290lbs. I was able to put on two heavy down jackets and the Impertech was the right size.So I sent that one back and got a medium. The medium actually ended up being a size XL. I verified that with another buddy who wears XL and is 6'1 250.I am 5'11 180-ish with a 41 inch chest, and always wear a large. Should be wearing a medium or large according to the sizing chart. I am sending this jacket back a second time to get a size small. I haven't worn a small in 20 years, but am going to now. I live in South Louisiana, and want something decently rugged and 100% waterproof to work with because it rains heavily here in March, April, September, and October. I will not be wearing anything underneath most of the time, but even with a small I should be able to fit a jacket under there.Maybe this is a problem with the green, but it happened to me on two different jackets from two different vendors. If the small fits well, I might update my review then, but we'll see. The jackets flat out are two sizes larger than they are labelled.

quality control issues/design flaw
Right out of the box the right pocket has the Velcro coming undone. The tag was in the pocket so it was obvious that someone saw this before it was shipped out. Also, there is a seam near the cuffs that appears like it would let water in during heavy rain. Not sure if I'm going to return or not as I'm leaving for a trip soon.

Thumbs up!
Fits great, looks good and not to heavy to fish in. Our non-stop rains that last for days that we get on the Oregon coast will eventually soak thru any breathable raingear, I've tried them all. Rubber or pvc raingear is the only way to go. Works the best for these conditions.

Not Durable as Helly Hansen Poly Work Jackets - Holes and cracks in a few weeks
Bought this new a month ago and was suspicious of how thin it was when compared to my other older HH jackets, and my suspicions were confirmed . In a few weeks of regular wear ( maybe 5 days using it in light use office to car and shopping ) cracks and holes (dozens of them) appeared in the outer layer and when you hold it up to light you can see through . Water comes right through.. What a waste .. Was hoping for better.

Not generous cut.
To tight at the neck for being a rain coat. And a medium is the size of a medium. From what the reviews where saying you would think its very roomy, not! Had to reorder the larger size (Lg).

Out surface flakes off
These jackets are expensive enough that they should be durable. In the beginning I was happy with this product. It was light weight and was as waterproof as advertised. But after a year of wear, the blue protective surface began to flake away. I can only hope that this type of rubber material has been improved upon. I am sorry that I bought a jacket for my wife too, as it has begun to show wear as well. As for me, I will not buy another HH jacket or any other wearable.
