There are scratches on the outer casing of the camera, which interferes with imaging

The media could not be loaded.  Was looking for an SMD repairs where could find this within my budget. It will solve my purpose as I was unable to see small components with my normal vision. Two samples - one image and a video have uploaded for others to identify the quality.The Camera zooms (optical) to good size, did not try the digital zoom.Many face issue as the focus is not set and that has to be done my screwing in / out the body within the leds, after that the outer focus scroll is to adjust the clarity.The holding case and stand is not so good, it keeps dancing - will have to make one for this.Rest, thanks to the seller for sending a fresh piece.RegardsSSB

The first one worked for a while and stopped working couldn't understand why, it was giving black window, so got a replacement, the second one also had the same issue then dug deeper, searching all the places for the issue, later realized that if you open the camera in Windows default camera app and then change the flicker frequency to 50hz from 60 hz (actually we need to set it for 50hz for India) but somehow the camera doesn't like it and will stop functioning there after giving a black screen even if you try it in mobile app.So basically it stores the setting in camera I guess, so be careful on that setting.Also the camera is detected as VGA with max 640 x 480 resolution as shown in the screenshot so it's not a 2 MP camera or anything but the image quality is quite okay for the purpose, look at the photo of hair on skin and SMD device.So it's a good tool to have in our arsenal for various magnification needs at this price point and worked both on mobile and laptop. It should have had a C type adapter as well had to use the one I got for my otoscope for this.Price paid Rs 1199
