These bands are made with the most care and quality I've seen. It even came with a handwritten info card about the person who made it for me. About who they are and what they like to do. Wow, I can't speak highly enough of this bracelet. It has endured the struggle and abuse of active (and clumsy) life and come out on top. I have banged it on so many surfaces and doorways that I can't keep track, and it has yet to show any marks. The text is extremely clear, centered, in line, and visible. The latch mechanism itself clicks like new every time I put it on and the whole thing is easy to wash. The size is customizable out of the box because they give you a long section of bracelet and you cut it to fit around your wrist. I have already recommended this bracelet to friends and family because of how great the quality is.

I've worn a ROAD iD for well over a decade and really don't even remember how I was directed to their products. It's a modern no nonsense piece of identification that doesn't need a pocket or a purse which makes it the perfect wearable when your heading out the door for ANYTHING. The hope is that it will never have to be used but IF THERE EVER COMES A TIME WHEN YOU CAN'T SPEAK FOR YOURSELF ROAD iD will.I've made several purchases for grandkids, and this particular one is for my great niece's 1st Birthday. The silicone band on the Elite can be easily cut and the 13mm faceplate is the perfect size for small toddlers. My grandson has worn his 24/7 since he was about a year old. He never takes it off. We just buy him a new band every year for Christmas. Hopefully your little ones will never run off, but if they do, even in a grocery store...if they are wearing their Road iD they can be easily identified by another person who will likely call you immediately (before you actually hyperventilate!).I can't say enough about what a great product this is and what a thoughtful gift it makes for toddlers or any age for that matter. If you want some peace of mind, a quality product, and personal service - don't hesitate to purchase from these folks. I've never been disappointed! Oh, and they come in a wonderful box for gift giving, just tie on a ribbon and you are good to go...and remember if the face plate becomes unreadable at any time, they will replace it for free, now how's that for customer satisfaction!

This is my second ID band from Road ID. The bands are durable, engraved well, comfortable, attractive, great customer service, and does the job. The first band I bought 4 years ago - black/ red band, black face with white lettering is still very legible. The second band I ordered was Merlot band, rose face. I personally prefer the black/ red, black combo. My second band was delivered with a white band, but Matt in customer service quickly sent me the correct color band. The ID band was very helpful to doctors in the emergency room. Highly recommend this ID band.

I wore this almost every day since I bought it in April 2019, only removing it for sleeping and showering. I wore it for workouts indoors on a Peloton bike, and outdoors on a road bike and track bike, for five to six days and about 100 miles per week. I left it loose enough to push my pinky finger between the band and my wrist. It looks great. I had no trouble with it until a few mornings ago when I put it on, and during the simple act of closing the clasp, the band split, so my Road ID is no more. The Road ID bracelet I bought a few years before this one suffered the same fate: the band broke in the same place. I think the band gets brittle after exposure to salty sweat, summer heat, and UV light outdoors. I expected better quality and durability considering the high price. After letting me down twice, I don't think I'll be giving Road ID a third chance. Not recommended, especially for people who work out a lot.Edit: I'm changing my review from one star to three stars overall, except that I still give the silicon band one star, after Road ID offered to send a replacement band, free of charge. I accepted, with one change. The silicon style looks the best and is the most comfortable but the material has failed the durability test (twice) over the long run. That left my choices as follows: the very tough but not very sporty-looking leather band in the boring black or brown color options, or, the tough but cheap-looking nylon band that only comes in a few surprisingly ugly color options. (I realize that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I have two eyes, and if beautiful lives in one, then hideous lives in the other. Maybe I'll learn to like the nylon band someday.) So, Road ID gets two more stars for standing by what they sell, but not four or five stars, since the product that I ended up with was a consolation prize, after my first choice let me down on quality.

We have a nonverbal child, and this bracelet gives us peace of mind. It's very good quality. Easy to put on and remove. The catch is secured well. Seems to be comfortable. Would certainly buy another one if this one gets lost.

Great product and grest idea. If I could offer one suggestion though. Could you put in maybe 2 extra bands in the pack as well. In case you were to get the measurements wrong or when the child gets older.

I bought this for my daughter who has autism and ADHD so she runs a lot and doesn’t like talking to strangers I think this is a really good product she loves the texture of it the only thing is is that she can undo it if she cared enough to she did today and we lost her
